Strategic place. Near pasar siti khadijah. Have pasar tani every night in front of the hotel. Easy access to food. Breakfast not much variety. Nevertheless, very satisfied!

clean, simple but nice, everythings in order. Breakfast tasty n simple. propose : lift - to be inspected frequently. the lift was not stopped at correct level ( stopped in between) once when I was there. overall is good consider the price n location.

Nice hotel, near to interesting place & facilities

Nice near to interesting place. Infront of the hotel every night have mini bazaar and food truck. However, this hotel not provide parking.

Nice Hotel close to the Court

Quite a nice hotel for a good location of walking distance to the court. Breakfast are quite good, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel Room spacious. But the air con could improve as it is not cold enough.

Stay was good. The problem is wifi connection. Could not get access from the room. Has to go down and get the staff to access for me. But when m in the room got disconnected. Found 1 cocktoach otherwise place is clean and seevice is good. Staff very helpful.

In the middle of Kota Bharu

I got the offer price on expedia, when i reach there, the offer price is actually the price offered to walk in customer. So what for I booked early ? So disappointed

Courteous staff

Greeted politely on arrival. Restaurant next door serves a lovely breakfast buffet. Has a problem with airconditioner but other than that, a great place to stay.

Quite old. Ample public parking outside the hotel. Breakfast is simple. They dont have hair dryer inside the room but can be requested. No iron in room as well, the board is outside corridor

Good if you are on low budget

The hotel is just a bit old and the room was quite smelly, like a museum! However, everything was clean; bed, toilet and common areas. Food on the restaurante is yummy and the buffet breakfast is quite good as well, more local options than western but still alright. Walking distance to the most popular market of Kota Bharu.

Not for relaxing.

You waited for more than 1 hr to checkin . The aircon was noisy and you had to iron outside your room. We unable to use the safe because they don't open it even after repeated request. The breakfast was too little to choose and the staff simply didn't clear the tables. WiFi and TV receptions were bad and you don't enjoy much in the room except sleeping . The staff especially the night shift were unprofessional .

Hotel très bien et peu cher

Cet hotel est proche de la gare des bus et du central market. Facile a trouver. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

排水さえ良ければ…残念でした

立地も割とよく、駐車場の緑に面した部屋で、良い所に泊まれたと一瞬思いましたが、シャワーが実質使えませんでした。シャワーブースの排水がほとんどできず、数秒シャワーを流すと汚水が溜まってきます。汚水を我慢しながら軽く汗は流したものの、髪を洗うことはできませんでした。アメニティはボディシャンプーのみで、シャワーや石鹸はありません。フロントは、「明後日X日のY曜日、午前11時にタクシーを呼んで下さい」と入念に依頼したにも関わらず、間違った日にタクシーを呼んでいました。朝ご飯はまあまあ、これなら満足かなと思えるレベルです。値段がコタバルにしては高めだったので、全体的には不満です。マレーシアのホテルが込み合う時期で、泊まりたかったホテルが満室でしたが、多少小奇麗さでは劣っても次はそちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。
