Paolo and Alvis were especially helpful at check in and check out. But every single person at the reception is fantastic, it’s 24 hours you hand in your key they take care of it until you’re back whenever you want to come. Housekeeping was great and the room was incredibly clean. The area is quiet: mostly student and residential and is a 10 min walk from the metro station Bologna which connects you to Roma Termini (central station) in case you want to do day trip away from Rome, the Colosseum and many more main attractions is on the same direct line. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants around, and good night time vibe. Recommend visiting the museum that is just down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was included and was simple and tasty, coffee drinks were amazing and the staff is so lovely in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Excelente localização, atendimento e café da manhã. Quartos limpos e bem conservados. A recepção oferece água c/e s/gas em garrafas 24h disponíveis e isso foi excelente. A senhora que serve e cuida do café da manhã é muito organizada e a comida é o que precisamos para iniciar um bom e longo dia de passeio.

Great central location just a few minutes to the Trevi fountain and the colosseum was close too. Lots of food options and shopping. We were there early and they got us a room right away no extra charge like in London. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was fairly quiet too.
