Large Poipu Kai Condo with Air Conditioning in Perfect Location for Everything!

This condo is a spacious 1,400 square foot air conditioned condo with oversized windows and two lanais to help guests enjoy the surrounding beauty of the resort. Master and guest bedrooms with respective bathrooms provide privacy, while plenty of closet space and a washer and dryer accommodate visitors with extended stays. The two twin beds in the guest bedroom can be merged to make one king bed. The living room sofa also converts to a hide a bed. Everything you need is in the kitchen for preparing and eating all your meals. Enjoy WiFi, two cable TVs (living room and master bedroom), stereo, DVD player, books and beach accessories kept for all guests. A ground floor unit with no stairs makes the condo easy to access.

Poipu Kai Resort is on beautifully manicured lawns and gardens in the Poipu Beach community. Guests have access to swimming pools, Jacuzzis and tennis courts. Through the heart of the resort is the greenbelt, a scenic walking path which links the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach at one end, and Brennecke’s/Poipu Beach Park at the opposite end. Within a few minutes drive of the condo you have access to Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukui'ula where you'll find a wide variety of casual and fine dining along with dozens of stores to shop. A 5 minute drive will get you to Old Town Koloa with more shopping and grocery stores, along with a bank and post office. For golf enthusiasts you're a couple minutes to the beautiful Kiahuna and Poipu Bay Golf Courses.

The Regency swimming pool is just steps away from the condo along with a jacuzzi and covered gas grills. The condo is away from the street to eliminate noise and other traffic nuisance. The condos windows and lanais allow trade winds to blow through the condo, while reducing heat from direct sunlight. In the absence of trade winds enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the unit.

We stayed in Joel's condo for 30 days, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The information he provided was so appreciated, and his unit was so well stocked. We had relatives come during our stay and there was room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, the pool/hot tub/barbeque area were right outside our door, and the concrete paths in the area were great for getting to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches. We might just have to come back sometime.

Great communication!!! Our original flight was canceled due to tsunami warnings delaying our plans by 2 nights. Joel was amazing and offered a refund on our first 2 nights. He was also very accommodating for a late check out on our day of departure. One of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. So nice to have everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, kitchen gadgets, beach accessories and more). Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean condo. The location was perfect! It was our first time to stay in Poipu and it was nice that it wasn't too far of a drive to go to the west, east and northern part of Kauai. There were many good places to eat close by. Poipu Beach was within walking distance and the pool is right outside the condo. I highly recommend this place and i would choose to stay here again.

Loving Life from Poipu,Kauii

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Joel's condo in the Poipu area of Kauaii. We were a party of 4 adults and one 4 year old, and the location was perfect for us. This condo was the best equipped of any I have rented. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was also plenty of beach equipment to use including chairs, snorkle gear, and a boogie board. Poipu beach is a just a ten minutes away, with a paved path the goes right to the beach.. The condo area is beautifully landscaped, and the pool is just steps away. We hope to come back again!

Very nice condo and location in Poipu

This is a very nice, very clean and comfortable condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size, and the kitchen and living area had everything we could have wanted. There's a storage closet on the lanai that was a great surprise with all the chairs, umbrella, cooler, boards, fins, etc. to take to the beach. Getting to the beach is walkable. The beach with the turtles is a quick walk away, and so is the beach with the monk seal who sleeps on the sand. Brenneke's, Puka Dog, and Kalapaki Joe's are all a quick walk. If you weren't planning on renting a car, you could get around Poipu just fine from this location. We found that Uber was available to get to other places on the island especially trips to Koloa a few miles away. We would choose this location to stay again. The host is very nice and offers an exceptional place to stay.

Lovely Condo Home

Great location in a busy spot in Poipu, Kauai. Pleasant walk to Beautiful Poipu beaches and hotels such as the Grand Hyatt. The greenway walk connected us to everything we wanted. We loved our stay in this lovely spot on earth.Thank you !

Wonderful location in Poipu with lots to offer

We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely rental, situated perfectly for daily/ nightly walks down to Poipu beach to see the dozens of sea turtles sleeping on the shore or an occasional Hawaiian monk seal. The location is 10/10, and we were able to use the pool that was just steps away from the front door. We had everything we needed at the condo for our extended stay, including enough items in both the bathrooms and kitchen. We found this a perfect rental for our stay in Poipu, would return!

The property was exactly as it’s presented in the ad. The condo is easily accessible on Poipu Road, within walking distance to the beach to watch the sun go down. The best beach, Poipu, is just down the street to the left and the Grand Hyatt to the right. I would return in a heartbeat. Joel, the owner, was responsive by text.
