Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.**

Please note: Pool and jacuzzi are not heated. You can request for it to be heated for a fee of $250/day. 

There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. 

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.
