Proper Swimwear: Only appropriate swimming attire is allowed in the pool. Nylon swimwear is preferred.

Dry Off After Swimming: Please use the changing area to dry off and change clothes after swimming. Avoid entering the building, elevators, or other common areas while wet.

Keep Floors Dry: Wet floors can be hazardous. Kindly ensure you are dry before re-entering the premises to prevent slips and to maintain cleanliness.

Respect the Rules: This is a residential complex. Kindly follow all posted rules and respect the community and its residents.

No Alcohol: Strictly no drinking or alcohol consumption is allowed at the poolside.

This property is intended for peaceful stays. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the property and the neighbors.

Guest Limit:
Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Damage Policy:
Please take care of the space and its contents. Any damage or loss to the property, including furniture, appliances, or decor, will incur charges based on the actual replacement cost.

No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking occurs indoors, a fine will be imposed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.

Noise Restrictions:
To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, hooting, or any noise that could disturb neighbors is prohibited after 10 PM. Please be mindful of the noise levels at all times.

No Outside Music Systems:
The use of external music systems is not permitted in or around the property. Please keep the noise level at a respectful volume.

Furniture & Layout:
Guests are not allowed to move or modify the layout of the room and furniture. Please leave the space as you found it.

Respect for the Property:
Please ensure that all items and equipment in the property are used with care. Any intentional damage or loss will be charged to the guest.
