There is a bus stop at the entrance of the building that goes to downtown Sannomiya every few minutes. The Shinkansen (Shinkansen) and Shin-Kobe Subway Station are just a 5-7 minute walk away. There is a beautiful herb garden above Shin-Kobe Station, which can be accessed with a rope. The Oji Zoo is just a 15-minute walk, and there are a few museums along the way. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Made sure our stay was pleasant. Location was convenient to where we wanted to be. Good for a larger group of people since has two bedrooms and a kitchen. TV has about 5 japanese channels to watch, but we were not there to watch TV so did not spend much time watching. Rooms were clean and presentable. Washer worked good and had a dedicated room area to dry hanging clothes in the apartment.
