"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"Overall it was a nice hotel to stay. Staff were great I came off peak so in midweek the breakfast was little choice but weekend was much more. View from room 701 is nice. Only problem I find is that the hand basin didn't have hot water. Shower was fine. Reception staff helpful in many ways. "

"The hotel is situated just a short walk down the road from an amazing night market for food, and another ten minutes walk and you can be at the seafront with a very long beach and beautiful sunset views. You're within 20 minutes or so walking to the gate for the old town, and Songkhla lake. The hotel is in a bustling area but is very clean and calm. A real highlight of the hotel is the staff.
