"Comfortable "

"Great big room! The hotel is very comfortable and decorated with excellent taste. Another great part of it is the restaurant located in the lobby. The food, ambiance and drinks awesome! "

"Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all,.we didn't ask for favors we were willing to pay and they still didn't accommodate. For the price $1071 for 3 nights and tbe reputation i was expecting way better. The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking. Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I hope this will help others choose better. "

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service were terrific! Only one complaint: the food. Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. "

"The village is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Wonderful place to spend a few days and unwind. Room was immaculate and very charming. Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. "

"Lots of parking. Easy on/off from I-75. No microwave in the room but there is one to use in lobby. Very nice staff. Noisy at night due to proximity to highway. Water pressure in shower good but water did not really get hot. Breakfast adequate - cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, muffins, regular milk and oat milk (for those with dairy allergies - nice !), orange and apple juice. No hot food like waffles or anything. Enough to get you on the road though. Easy check in/out. Felt safe. Good...
