Summary:

Enjoy a heated pool and privacy on 4 acres at our non-smoking property! Search "Knoxville Get Away Airbnb" on YouTube for a house tour. Heated pool! (The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only - May 26 until Sept 15 only), requires a $50/day heating fee billed after booking. We’re accommodating hosts—just ask if you need anything. Note: one guest must be 25+, and pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.



The Space:

The driveway is long and gravel.



The pool depth ranges from about 82 inches at the deep end to 35 inches at the shallow end.

This is a completely nonsmoking house, including all decks and the patio. Smoking is not allowed around the pool or on any decks. A minimum charge of $350 will apply if smoking is discovered or more depending on severity of the smell.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house except for a locked storage room in the basement.

All pool users must be listed on the reservation.

Food deliveries from DoorDash, McDonald's, Grubhub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats are available.



Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Occupancy and Fees:



Maximum sleeping capacity is 6.

Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate if before 11 AM.

Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability with the following fees:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies:

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.



Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
