"Room was wonderful, window with fresh air was so appreciated as we were both recovering from being sick while traveling. Monica welcomed us with an efficient and informative check-in and shared parking details and recommended we visit the Turkish Baths, so we did! Great location about a 10 minute walk from most things. All in all, a lovely visit, and wishing Monica and co-owner all good things. If we pass through Harrogate again, there is only one place we will stay!"

"Owners were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious well decorated and cosy with interesting artwork. Bed linen and towels were clean and good quality. Shower cubicle is fairly small which wasn't a problem for us but I thought it worth mentioning. Parking is on street which is not busy. A permit is supplied by the owner. It is just a 5-10 minute flat walk into the town centre. We stayed for 1 night and didn't choose to have breakfast so cannot comment on that. We enjoyed our short visit...
