"The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would have preferred the bed to have had a thinner duvet as the room was hot and it was too noisy too sleep with the window open. There were tea making facilities in the room and the receptionists were happy to supply extra tea bags when asked. The hotel is 2 minutes away from bus stops to and from the main station, and near a major landmark so it's easy to find. It's also within walking distance of the shopping centre and tourist spots. "Not much to say, great hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and convenient. Tram stop is literally in front of the building. Just dont forget to bring Swiss plug adapters. "

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Big thanks to Samuel at the front desk for making it extra special. Room was extremely comfortable - shower and bathroom super clean. Spa was nice during the cold of the winter. Included breakfast was very good but could have used a little bit more variety. Service was solid - whenever we ordered anything, it arrived minutes later. And location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and trains readily available a block away. "

But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place.
