"We had a wonderful time staying at the Gumtree. The host was very sweet and helped us with great ideas of things to do and see while in the area. The breakfast was tasty with choices of hot and cold items, fresh made bread, and fresh fruit cups. The location was quiet, but within walking distance to good restaurants. "

"Wir waren sehr positiv bei Ankunft von der Unterkunft überrascht. Aufgrund des niedrigen Preises hätten wir nicht geglaubt, so eine schöne Unterkunft zu finden. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Es gab vor Ort außerdem ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück am morgen war ausreichend, die Auswahl war völlig ok. Die Ausgangslage war super, man konnte Restaurants fußläufig erreichen. Oudtshoorn hat mehr zu bieten, als wir dachten, beim nächsten Mal...

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful food. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our chats with Theo and Grant. Our booked Meerkat experience was cancelled due to heavy rain but Theo offered to rearrange that for the following morning - and we are so glad not to have missed that! "Bitte auf dem Weg Richtung Weimland nicht dran vorbeifahren. Ein Juwel. Unglaublich hilfsbereites, freundliches und immer gut gelauntes Personal. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, freundlich und hell gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und ausreichend, das Abendessen mit guter Auswahl. Alles in allem wirklich weiter zu empfehlen um einen guten Aufenthalt in der Karoo zu haben. "

"Un super accueil avec Superman John qui a vraiment effectué un traitement sur mesure. C est un très bel endroit situé tout proche de la ferme Highgate où l on peut voir les autruches. Sur l hôtel, l endroit est très calme et agréable et derrière l hébergement, on peut également observer les autruches. Les restaurant propose également d excellents plats et le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent."
