"Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. "

"Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Food was good and cultural activities were well arranged. Overall un- satisfactory stay!"

"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "Extremely terrible condition of the hotel. Mattress and furniture in the rooms were extremely damaged condition. Linen and towels were in the were very sticky, dirty and stained, The room we stayed didn’t had a water heater. After arguing front desk, we got other dirty room’s bathroom for shower. Health department should regularly visit this kind of terrible, moldy place for people health and safety. "
