  • Las cabañas de Saltaire son un conjunto de propiedades pintorescas, frente al océano, ubicadas en la milla 2. 5 en Kitty Hawk, NC. ¡Este hito ha estado dando la bienvenida a familias a los Outer Banks por más de 50 años!

    Tenemos cabañas de 1 a 4 habitaciones, cada una con cocina, sala familiar y balcón con mosquitero. Nuestro acceso a la playa privada está directamente cruzando la calle y hay una hermosa piscina con terrazas elevadas en el lugar. Cada unidad tiene calefacción / aire, TV, estufa / horno, microondas, Keurig, tostadora, ollas / sartenes, platos y cubiertos.
    El espacio:
    Esta acogedora cabaña de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños ofrece todas las comodidades de una casa pequeña en un entorno hermoso y tranquilo.

    Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias y cómodas.

    Esta cabaña tiene 3 entradas: una a la sala de estar / cocina principal y 1 a cada una de las 2 habitaciones principales. Esto permite a los huéspedes que se quedan en cada habitación acceder a su habitación desde el exterior sin tener que molestar a los demás en la cabaña.

    Mientras esté en la cabaña, puede disfrutar de relajarse en su habitación, en la sala familiar o en el balcón con mosquitero.

    Cada una de las habitaciones de la cabaña está equipada con una televisión de pantalla plana por cable.

Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Communication was great, the pool was perfect for the kids and the people staying in the other units were very nice. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would definitely come again!

The location was great: short walk to beach and close to restaurants, stores. Check-in was easy. Enjoyed the little cottage/unit -- worked well for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage! The location was definitely the highlight — just steps from the beach and close to so many shops, restaurants, and fun little places to explore. Having ice cream right next door was such a treat too!The pool area was spacious, relaxing, and very well enjoyed during our trip. Overall, it was a great spot for a beach getaway with convenient access to everything you’d want while vacationing at the coast.

Long Weekend Getaway

Property was located in a great spot private beach access. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Our little cottage was clean and quiet. It’s an older place but mostly well maintained Just have to cross the street to the beach access. Pool is nice and clean. Umbrellas are in each corner. Just make sure you put a towel on them before you sit because the wood is worn and you could get a splinter. I would stay there again. A few things need attention like the sagging sofa, screen door on porch and the wood in the poolArea and steps, but they aren’t deal breakers. It’s just a little walk from a nice ice cream place.

We enjoyed our visit! The rooms were exactly as pictured. Amanda’s communication was great. We were in a car accident a few days before our trip which resulted in us bringing a smaller car. We were short on space and she accommodated our last min need to rent a pack n play! We loved the close proximity to the beach access and being next to Art’s place! We would definitely stay again!!

Very quaint place to stay. Beach and pool access. Clean, cute, fully stocked with everything you need. New BBQ grills installed. A definite place for a return trip!

The cottages are in older buildings - but not much can be done about that. Inside, thoroughly updated. The staff was soo nice and helpful. We were in town for a softball tournament -- but I would love to come back for a week vacation and think this would be the perfect place to stay.

Best Night Ever

The location was better than great! A funky 50’s type hotel that was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed; living space, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. We only had one night as we were passing through and my heart desperately wanted to stay 5++. We ate at the place next door, Art’s Place and had the best hamburger in years. Wonderful people, wonderful atmosphere and wonderful location. Don’t missy spending time in either place.!!!

Perfect for our stay

It seems like this place is very well maintained. Our unit was very clean upon arrival. It seems like they keep the units up to date as ours looked freshly painted and free from signs of wear and tear on furniture or fixtures. The staff was very accommodating and polite. The pool was well maintained and this place was directly across the street from the Saltair’s private walking path to the beach. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Beautiful and clean property. They had two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Parking was great and close. Definitely staying here again

The place was perfect for our stay. Located right across the street (which was very easy and safe to cross) from the beach. We enjoyed the pool, we had dinner on the porch. The customer service was outstanding! My emails were answered within minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Great! Well managed!

We had a great stay. The property staff/manager was very easy to communicate with. Cleaning crew, staff and/or building super were around tending to the property - felt well managed and tidy. Kitchen had nice pots/pans and dishes to use and a Keurig for coffee. Ample towels and clean linens. The kitchen area is a little bit on the smaller side- so quick prep meals are easier if you plan to eat in a lot. There's a clothesline for wet bathing suits and towels. Other reviewers have noted the floorplan set up - it worked out well for us, but you should note the set up when booking. I liked that each room had a door to the exterior for unloading and loading the car. Beach access is immediately across the street - very easy to use (yet discreet, so not overcrowded). There's an outdoor shower as well as a place to rinse sandy feet. The kids liked the pool. We enjoyed the ice cream shop and had a nice dinner at Ocean Blvd (they take call in reservations) - both walkable from the cottages. Art's Place is also walkable but we didn't manage to get over there for a meal.

Over all nice

Place was perfect for a one night stay. It did have a dirty towel smell to it and bedrooms were linked together. If in far bedroom you had to go outside and walk around to kitchen in order to not disturb guests in other room.

Good location

Great location just steps from the beach. It was also close to several eating places you could walk to. I would advise a upper level room. We were on lower and very noisy! In description it doesn’t show or say you have to walk from one bedroom through the other to get to living area. That may not work for all. Over all we had a good stay and it had what you need at the beach.
