Recently renovated, includes 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 4 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 toilet paper rolls, hand soap.

LIVING ROOM:
Camel leather sofa, grand mirror, throw pillows, blankets, 50" LCD TV (Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime).

KITCHENETTE:
Dining area, full-sized fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster.

PLEASE READ:
**This complex has three separate apartments, and this rental is located on the ground level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. The hot tub area is private to you**

CHECK-IN:
Starts at 4:00 PM. We'll notify you if early check-in is available.

CHECK-OUT:
Strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not possible, and additional fees may apply for delays per cleaning teams policy with our company.

The beach is walkable just a few blocks away. Its much easier to drive due to a busy street and provided beach gear. Free beach parking near by.

Not available due to high wind risk and safety concerns in the Outer Banks.

Amazing property! Exactly as pictured and really stunning! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end every day. Restaurants were fantastic and the entire stay was just perfect! So close to the beach too! We'll be back!

It was so clean and decorated well and the tv projector 120” in the master was awesome. Well located on a quiet back street. We only spent 1 night but slept well. Mattress great!

Absolutely Stunning

The first thing we did when we got to the property was take a video to show everyone how beautiful the place is & how accurate it was to the listing. We could not get over how accurate it was the entire trip saying “it’s the most accurate listing we’ve ever seen.” The property manager gave us a list of recommendations which all turned out to be amazing spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

HGTV Quality property

We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property.

Kitty hawk stay

Very clean charmingly decorated. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Communication was excellent and I love that they send a list of recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

Kitty Hawk Getaway Stay

Our hosts were wonderfully attentive. It is a charming, comfortable and cozy, little apartment. It is perfect for a short getaway stay on the Outer Banks. The natural beauty of OBX is breathtaking and this little out of the way apartment offers a chance to experience that. It is central to everything. We'll be back!

Great place for romantic getaway!

Husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The place is well decorated and amenities provided were just what we needed. Restaurants, stores, and the beach are close by or just a ten minute drive away. Host made check in and out easy with detailed instructions. We felt very welcomed in their home. Babymoon Bliss

Comfortable. Roomy. Clean. Lovely! The projector was such an awesome amenity, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. Thank you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is 3 blocks from the beach, with a very busy, 5 lane highway/street to cross. We walked a few times but the car made for less stressful access.
