"チェックインを機械でする事を知らなく（お知らせがあったのかもしれないが私が読んでいないだけかな？）、受付の人に声かけた所、笑顔も嫌味など無く、淡々とチェックインして下さいました。建物は、アパートをホテルにした様な作りで、ドアの外を歩く人の音はします。部屋の中は広くて綺麗！以前宿泊した別のホテルは浴槽にヌメリがあってガッカリしたのですが、このホテルは、カビやヌメリなく気持ちよく浴室を利用出来ました。朝食無料は、終了時間15分前に行ったら、空になってしまっていたので利用できませんでしたが、食パンが置いてあったのかな？お皿とトースターも置いてありました。朝食を適当に済ませて良い方でしたら、パンだけでも嬉しいと思います。"

"Overall I can say it was worth the price. The Communication with Katsuo-san was perfect and he was perfectly nice. The Apartment itself was clean and just fitted our purposes - though it could need some maintenance. Here and there are small damages (like the handle of the fridge was broken off and some smaller stuff). As we've been asked to be silent at evening and night, we were, but our Neighbours didn't seemed to care at all. Nonetheless, an overall good experience, and the price was just...

"Great stay! The property manager/owner was very responsive to our questions. Although the house was further out of the city (Tokyo), the neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and within a 10 minute walk to a main train station. My only suggestion….place a sofa or seating in the room next to the kitchen and move the tv in the same room. Great stay overall! "

"This place was advertised as sleeping 7, but it barely can hold 4. When told about the accommodation was told we are Japanese and this is how it works for us.
