"Spa was inbegrepen. Ontbijtbuffet was ruim voldoende, voor ieder wat wils. Handdoeken in de kamers werden regelmatig verversd en hadden daar verschillende kaartjes vr aan de deur. Wel zelf moeten aangeven dat er moest gestofzuigd worden want er waren dikke tapijten die veel stof opnamen en het tapijt ..."

"The only positive thing about Ensana was their breakfast selection, very good. The rooms and hallways are small. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. The thermal pools, the reason we choose the hotel, were not good. The sauna and steamroom not very hot and small, max is 3-5"

"Bra lägenhet i nybyggt hus. Allt har fungerat väl, förutom informationen om parkering som har missats. Det löstes dock smidigt av kundtjänst som var lätt att nå såväl via mejl som telefon. Svar på mejl från kundtjänst erhölls bara efter några minuter."
