Kirkwood Studio – Full Kitchen & Meadow Balcony

Unwind in comfort at this updated and inviting Kirkwood studio condo, perfectly situated for summer mountain adventures. With a private balcony overlooking a peaceful meadow, it’s the ideal spot to relax with a book or soak in the views after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring nearby lakes and streams. This well-appointed space sleeps up to four guests with a plush king bed and a queen pull-out couch, and includes a fully stocked kitchen, 55" TV, and cozy lounge chairs on the deck.

The Space:
This unit is a well appointed studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a king bed and queen pullout couch. There is a small private deck facing the meadow with chairs to enjoy. The building has a large common area great for those who need a quiet space to work and communal hot tub that is open in the winter/ski season. The condo comes with one underground parking spot with additional outside permit parking available. Coin operated laundry in the building as well as a communal deck equipped with a BBQ in the summer months.
