"This review considers the amazingly low price we paid (£40), compared to other availability in the area. We requested (and booked) a family room, on arrival, we were given two double rooms opposite each other. Not a problem for our 1 night stay, but it could have been. The rooms were warm and clean, and had been newly decorated, the bedding was clean and crisp. The breakfast was adequate, all self serve, tea, coffee, juices, cereals, packet meats and pastries. "Lovely staff, all friendly and proud of the Inns History. We were there on a very quiet night! Lovely large room with a 4 poster bed and excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast beat us, freshly prepared as we came down. "

"The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the River Tune. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and staff were very attentive. The breakfast options were well stocked and replenished regularly. "

"For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints. "
