This Town house is in Kinsale town itself so there will be no need to get taxis anywhere in the town, the nearest pub and restaurant is 15 second walk away.

Kinsale marina is a 30 second walk away , so you can use that as a location, you can walk to everywhere in the town from this property, no taxis needed.

Walking distance to everything! Parking garage so close. Townhouse was better appointed and updated compared to listing! Loved the kitchen amenities and washing machine option! Bathrooms could have used soap or body wash. Very pleased with stayed and loved Kinsale!

Lovely modern home near the marina, walking distance to the pubs with a great restaurant directly across the street. Multi floor unit with no main floor lavatory. No laundry dryer, but folding clothes racks provided. Didn’t use kitchen but appears nicely appointed. Very nice coffee shop handy.

Great location

The place is set up more for families than 4 golfers in their 60’s but we found it the perfect place to stay. A short walk to the main business area and a short drive to Old Head Links. Street parking was easy but this is mid June. No idea what July and August will be like.

Great property lots of beds. Great social room well stocked kitchen area. Great location within Kinsale. 1 towel person. Parking was a chore each evening, on street parking with no reserved parking. No electric dryer machine, makes drying cloths a challenge. Not a fan of owners tone within their communications.

Comfortable and clean, plenty of space to stretch. Games for family fun available. Street parking was first come, first served. Washer but no dryer, although pictured in listing. Lovely short walk to harbor area. Thank you!

Nice place except for : Parking was a hassle - on narrow street No restroom on main floor Lock box to access keys was difficult to open Bedrooms required climbing 2-3 flights of stairs Location was good - enjoyed the White Lady Pub and Restaurant across the street.

A Gem in Kinsale

A beautiful townhouse with ample amounts of space for all 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable a d the showers were great! Conviently located to Kinsale center . I highly recommend this townhouse! The owner was very responsive to any and all questions I had prior to our arrival in Kinsale.

The location is excellent. The unit is very clean. Unfortunately the wifi information was not correct and trying to communicate with VRBO was very difficult and not at all user friendly. Will not be using VRBO again,

Lots of room

The property was very comfortable for our family of 8. Plenty of restaurants around the area in walking distance. The only bad thing was a lack of parking since was had 2 cars but otherwise great stay

Comfortable with great location

We were a family of 12, ages 9yrs. to Adult. The sleeping set up worked very nicely. Bathrooms were a little unusual but worked. The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms with showers but 1 doesn't have a toilet. The 3rd floor however has 2 complete bathrooms. Beds, linens and towels were good. There was a nice living room, dining, and kitchen set up. All and all it was very comfortable and we were able to park our 3 cars on street near by. Initially, we had a bit of a search for the address but all worked out fairly quickly and location in Kinsale was excellent. We spent 2 nights and could have done 1 more.

Perfect location

The house worked well for all three generations. It was modern and well appointed. Somehow I had missed the fact that there was only one toilet between the first and second floors, but that didn’t cause a major problem for us since we were all family and no one had any health issues. Ryan, the Manager, was excellent in responding to all questions from beginning to end. All in all, I was happy with my choice for accomodations in Kinsale.

Disappointing oversold and underdelivered

The house needed a good clean on arrival some plates were dirty as were two frying pans and the oven. The single beds are actually bunk beds so the description is quite misleading anyone with mobility issues or back issues would not be able to use the bottom bunk as was the case with us . Mould in the showers and bathrooms and very dusty everywhere . Owner offered to send a cleaner but as everyone was moved in and unpacked we declined the offer. A deep clean including shower drainage is needed here, unfortunate as the location was perfect. The windows were dirty as was the front door which looked very neglected , a beautiful house but needs some tlc

Beautiful relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location with an easy 5 minute walk into the main area of the city. The rooms were spacious and we were especially glad to use the washer/dryer in the middle of our 2 week holiday. Thank you again!
