This well-appointed cottage sits at the water's edge with all-around panoramic views. Wake up to an amazing waterview-morning coffee on the sheltered deck off the master suite, or enjoy the quiet green woodland of the heavily treed property.

Breathe in peace and tranquility at this private waterfront cottage on The Long Reach with easy boat access to Picton and Lake Ontario. Relax on the large waterside patio. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the floating dock-the base of your water sports (a canoe and 3 kayaks provided). And when evening falls, wind down around the firepit, or just enjoy the powerful, magic space that opens up when the sun disappears, the world becomes silent and the starry sky appears.

The cottage features a spacious kitchen, living/dining room, family room with wet bar, and 2 fireplaces on the main floor. The large master bedroom (King Bed) has a 4-piece ensuite with a large clawfoot tub. Two other bedrooms (Queen, 2 Singles) on the 2nd level feature vaulted ceilings and water views.

For more than six guests, a newly renovated, detached bunkie sleeps 4 on 2 Queen beds (not available in winter) or use 2 rollaways in the family room for a nominal extra cost.

Excellent parking and internet connection was excellent Thank you for sharing your magical Treetops sanctuary with us. The sweet aroma of the air when we walk around the country lanes was amazing. And we have made many memories of the wonderful waterfront scenery.

Très belle expérience ! Le chalet donne directement sur le lac, avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau du levé au coucher du soleil. Les propriétaires ont super bien équipés le chalet (serviettes de bain et de plage, litterie, oreillers, couvertures, couverts, appareils de cuisine, épices, embarcations nautiques, souliers d'eau, jeux de société, bois pour le feu etc.). Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles pour nous répondre rapidement et adresser tout enjeu que nous aurions pu avoir. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre expérience et pensons déjà revenir. Attention à bien mettre des souliers d'eau tel que suggéré par les propriétaires lorsque vous avez dans le lac puisqu'il semble y avoir des huitres ou coquillages coupants au sol.

Our whole family of 12 stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week and we found it to be very spacious and practical for our use. The kitchen is large and had all the items we needed. The dining area easily accommodated all of us for eating together. We absolutely loved the waterside views and did a lot of swimming off the dock and canoe/kayak trips. The bunkie was really nice. The outdoor music system was a real bonus as it added to our relaxation and atmosphere while out on the deck. A definite 10/10!

Excellent location

Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag.

Beautiful waterfront and stunning magical forest

We had a great time staying here for a week. The waterfront views were amazing, and the grounds and gardens were wonderful. It was a fantastic week by the water.

Fabulous Location

We are a family visiting from the UK. We were delighted with this beautiful cottage overlooking the river. The owners have thought of everything to make this extremely spacious and luxurious property a very special holiday for visitors. The hosts were very quick to respond and very accommodating. We shall never forget our amazing visit.

Great quiet escape

This house is very nice. It is clean with lots of cozy spots to hangout. Toys and games for the kids and the grown ups. It is a little far from things to do, but it was so relaxing at the house that we didn't mind the drive out. We loved the kayaks.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation at Treetops

This property is exactly as shown in photos. Host was very communicative and timely in responding to questions. Vrbo HO did not send us the remote key info in time, but host did ASAP. Listing says "bunkie" on property, but use of this dwelling was not made available to us, due to an extra cleaning charge. Host indicated she will update listing. Highly recommend this property. It had absolutely every amenity. We will be back again.

birders delight

The birding experience from the amazing deck or from inside the cottage was fantastic. Being right on the water the gave us non-stop birding entertainment! A horseshoe pit and a fire pit were available to us, we chose to enjoy the lovely fall weather by utilizing the Kayaks and the canoe and exploring the delightful town of Napanee only a short drive away. The cottage itself was older and showed signs of fatigued, it was clean and supplied most of what we needed. The homeowner TerryAnne was a delight to deal with, she was pleasant and helpful, she answered all our questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful get-away.
