  • Dare to break from the hustle and bustle culture and immerse yourself in the beauty and solitude of our modern spacious brand new Tiny house tucked away on a peaceful dead street on our 13 acres bluestone property located 10 mins from Woodstock and Kingston.You will be steps away from waterfalls on the creek ,nature trails and a myriad of flora and fauna,sleeps up to 6, masterbedroom and loft has queen beds,loveseat with full bed, one bathroom with shower and updated regular toilet . The house comes with fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, coffee and tea and creamer,fully refrigerator,gas stove with oven , pots and pans ,blender and toaster and all utensils.Outdoor gas grill with gas provided.Very centrally located 10mins to Woodstock for shows at Levon Helm ,Bearsville performance center,Woodstock playhouse,Marvrick center for music and art center and many Art galleries.Lots of walking and hiking trails around nearest is 1,5miles Bluestone forest preserve,Ashokan rail trail ,overlook and many others around.Enjoy firepit outside with fire wood provided and enjoy gazing at star while roasting marshmallows.Lots of breweries around Keegan ales, Blue dot in Kingston. We are 30mins from the famous Phenicia dinner. For those who love skiing we are at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains Belleayre and Hunter Mountains are 40mins drive away and they also have panoramic views of the Catskill mountains using their skii lifts in the summer and fall.

Everything was super. We loved the property and we will stay there again when traveling to that area. Super in all regards. Great communication with the owner. She was informative and had “background” experience to offer relative to our stay and the Woodstock area.

Nice little spot in the woods with easy drive to Woodstock and Kingston. We arrived on a cold, drizzly, late winter afternoon, and the house warmed up pretty quickly and was cozy. Beds comfy, and plenty of blankets and clean towels. It's little, so don't imagine you'll cook and sit down to a giant meal around a big table, but for a limited stay in a beautiful location, it worked out great. Communication very easy. Hope to be back.

Hosts were very welcoming and acknowledged our wedding anniversary. We appreciated the hospitality extended to us and our dog. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with in case we had any questions, quick response time. They even provided suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay. Beautiful location, any window you look out of is a peaceful view. Tiny home has every comfort one would need. Plenty toasty on cold nights. Thank you for everything!

We traveled to the Woodstock area for a show @ Levon Helm's barn and stayed @ the Tiny House retreat as a birthday gift for my husband. It was exactly as pictured, but the photos couldn't do justice to or capture the coziness of the space! It had absolutely everything we needed for our short stay, and had we been able to stay longer, we would have loved to! Waking up to snow and some special visitors (lots of deer right outside the window!) was a special treat!
The tiny house was even more cozy & welcoming with thoughtful holiday decorations!
In town for a show @ Levon Helm's studio, only a short (and beautiful) drive away!
