"We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. "

"The Douglas Gordon Conference Centre was a great place to stay. Beautiful setting, quiet neighbourhood, wonderful breakfast included, friendly staff, and located close to great restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that it was a quick 6 minute walk to take a tour of the Kingston Penitentiary. That was an interesting way to spend our morning. Completely recommend this hotel to others."
