As one of the largest lake houses in Clearwater Harbor (a gated golf community), you and your guests will decompress while enjoying the serene beauty of Lake LBJ. Game room with arcade games, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, outdoor kitchen, private heated pool & spa, onsite boat and jet ski slips with stairs going directly from the backyard into the marina, boat ramp, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, golf, pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball. Ask us about boat rentals as well.

• Clearwater Harbor is located within the Legends on Lake LBJ—both private, gated communities

• The Clearwater Harbor Amenity center includes a large pool, restrooms, and covered seating around the pool.

• Pickle ball court, basketball court, sand volleyball court, tether ball, and and bocce ball court are all next to the amenity center. All equipment provided.

• The Legends golf course designed by Tom Kite is located in the community one mile away. Free bucket of balls for driving range and putting green at golf course.

A perfect family getaway!

Look no further for the perfect home away from home! This property was an absolute gem—spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every essential (and then some). Each room radiated warmth and thoughtful design, instantly making us feel at ease. The indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for both unwinding and letting the kids burn off energy. Karen was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and so helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly retreat! We’ll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this property! It is stocked with everything you need. Karen is great to communicate with and makes you feel super welcome! Wish we were here longer to enjoy all of the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Views - Peaceful, secure Location

The house is beautiful - plenty of room for a large family to spread out. Game room for the kids was great. We really loved hanging out in the backyard pool / firepit area. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Communication with the owner (Karen) was great. Highly recommended!

Fall Retreat

This house was amazing! It has beautifully views of the lake and was the perfect place for our fall girls' retreat. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio playing games, watching football and spending time in the hot tub. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The host Karen was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.

I booked this place for my wedding guests and it didn’t disappoint me. Everything was perfect. Everybody love the place. Fantastic Retreat

We are a group of girlfriends who get away for a weekend every year. We have stayed all around TX and this was by far the best place to accommodate the 11 of us. Beautiful and immaculate describe the place best. Karen is an amazing host who attends to every detail with care and is quick to respond to all questions. The kitchen was stocked well so cooking was a breeze. Comfortable seating indoor and out.There was plenty of space and the surrounding scenery was peaceful and beautiful. We would give Karen and this place a “10” if there had been more stars!

This house is gorgeous, clean, beautifully decorated, and offers something for everyone! The pool, game room, and outdoor seating/TV kept our teens busy and entertained! We will definitely be back!

60th Anniversary celebration

Beautiful home. Immaculate. Every amenity. We were 12 including a 4 month old and a 3 year old. We spent hours in the hot tub and pool. We rented jet skiis and used the kayaks. Highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at 5 or 6 properties on the lake. This was the best. It has everything you need and it was so easy to use our boat. The house is well stocked and the pool was great. The game room was a big hit.

Vista Linda Vaca

Vista Linda was the perfect place for our family. The house is beautifully furnished and they have plenty of water sport toys for the lake and pool. The game room is definitely a bonus for all ages. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The app for the check in/out process was nice, provided all the info we needed. The host always responded quickly to our questions. This will be our rental choice when returning to Kingsland.

A real treasure!

Perfect Lake Stay

Our family gets together each year at a different lake. This property was perfect for us and our Wave Runners. The boat launch was right next to the house and we were able to leave the wave runners in the water on a universal boat lift and lift. The property is just as pictured (BEAUTIFUL). A bathroom and bedroom for each family. The fresh flowers and snacks were a nice touch. Someone had parked in our assigned boat storage so we called Karen and she took care of us right away. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you Karen for a "Perfect Lake Stay"

Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway on Lake LBJ

We do Mother’s Day weekend with our kids and their spouses and girlfriends. This year we chose this property in Kingsland and it was the best we’ve had so far! The house is amazing and the location is perfect. I could not recommend this property enough!

Beautiful Harbor Escape

House was great and very comfortable for our family of 10. Our only disappointment was the arcade video gaming console was not working due to needing an app update. The home owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would defiantly go back. We also rented a boat which was very nice and the grandkids loved being pulled on the tub behind the boat.

Beautiful lake get away

We had 11 people ranging from 12-50 years and everyone found something to enjoy. Some enjoyed the boat we brought (amazing to have a boat slip right there), we rented a jet ski, there was a game room, the bikes, fishing, the kayaks, the pool, the grill. I loved the garage door from the game room to the pool and being able to leave that open to bring us all together. You could go hard all day or relax in the pool, your choice. Or split the day doing a little of everything. Their added touches for the kids and the welcome snacks were a wonderful welcome. The space was beautiful, extremely clean, and the area was very safe. It was nice to finally have a table to seat all of the people they had beds for. Usually we have to eat in 2 or 3 different areas, but we were able to eat together which was really nice. I really liked the app they offered, all of the information you would need was at your fingertips and yet if we had a questions (only one or two because everything was really in the app) they were extremely responsive. We never felt like a bother. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away with friends/family and want a variety of things to do as well as space to relax and come together. Spectacular!

Amazing Hosts and Wonderful Property

My husband and I treated our adult children and 6 month old grandchild to a Lakehouse vacation. This property was the perfect place for the entire family. The hosts thought of everything you could ever need or want. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to feel right at home. Everything was very organized with labels to let you know where small appliances go and what plates are best for indoors versus outdoors. The garage/playroom kept our 20 something kids very happy when they weren't splashing around in the pool or kayaking. There are pool games and house games for all ages. The property is very clean and comfortable. Even with all that, the thing we appreciated the most was the easy communication with the hosts. Chris and Michelle were very responsive to any messages sent prior to our arrival. They provided us with a digital guidebook that had great instructions on check in /out process, house rules, things to do locally, boat rentals, etc... They added special touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen counter, a basket of snacks, welcome bag of goodies for small children and a completely stocked coffee bar. If you are looking for a clean, well decorated, great location with lots of things to do, then look no more.... this is the place for you!
