    Diseñada para la diversión, esta casa ofrece Wi-Fi, PISOS DE MADERA NUEVA, dos habitaciones y dos baños, una amplia cocina comedor con todo lo que necesita. Las características incluyen un gran comedor, una sala de estar abierta que conduce a una sala de sol con vista al río Llano y al Hill Country, y la chimenea imprescindible para esas frescas noches de invierno.

    Camas incluyen una cama de matrimonio y una cama doble en el dormitorio principal, una cama de matrimonio y una litera establecido en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá-cama completa, junto con una cama doble en la sala de sol.

    Paso fuera de cubiertas cubiertas para relajarse, con una barbacoa para asar a la parrilla, y un pozo de fuego para asar malvaviscos y para mantener el calor mientras que observar las estrellas. El patio cubierto de hierba desciende hasta el brazo del río Llano del lago LBJ, donde puedes pescar, chapotear o flotar en el agua.

    Para su disfrute, ofrecemos un Jon Boat o kayak por una pequeña tarifa de alquiler.

Amazing we absolutely loved our stay, we enjoyed fishing and enjoyed swimming ! House smelt great nice beautiful views we look forward to future visits !

We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs! The house had a great large living area that opened up to a great view of the lake/river. The house was one of many that line a waterfront loop. Neighbors were quiet and we felt like the only ones there most of the time. Sitting down by the water at sunset was magic! Also enjoyed an evening up the way at Boat Town for dinner with burgers and live music. We will be back!

Wonderful time at the River!

The house was nice, very well equipped. We loved how close lake was to the house. Perfect place to spend time with our kids.

Very relaxing!

We had a blast! The river was perfect for catfishing and habing fun on the kayaks. Woth the water lvl being shallow in most spots (3' to 6') it was a perfect swimming spot for the kiddos. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Our families will definitely be booking this location again for a get away.

Great location

Relaxing Location, with a great view. Enjoyed our stay as the house was spacious and accommodated everyone. Toddlers and older kids loved the place and open living room. The river was flooded with all the recent rain but it looks like it’s a great spot to get in the water once it slows down a little bit. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fishing in the morning behind the house and drove 5 minutes to Llano Slab in the evening. Peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you need. Food options close in Kingsland and Marble Falls only takes 15 minute drive. Easy check in process. We will be back!

Quiet house with a view

Quiet neighborhood with the perfect area to get in and stay in the water all day. Excellent for small children, because the water is not too deep. The house also has everything you’ll need for larger groups as well. Will definitely be back!

Family lake weekend

It was very nice and quiet. We liked the back deck to sit and relax! The front door lock was a little difficult to open, but Julie was called and it was taken care of. The location was great for meeting other family members, we all had a great time!

Just Right

The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. I slept in the twin in the sunroom, and it was great. We booked a fishing guide and needed a place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and telling stories. We found spices in the kitchen, but no oil. Also, bring your own bath wash and shampoo. The neighbors are nice and we enjoyed brief chats.

Beautiful location

The house was clean and well equipped, - plenty of kitchen items. Our only complaint would be the numerous cob webs under the covering of the deck. Spiders came down from the covering onto my husband twice. I understand Texas has bugs, but spraying the deck and under the covering a day or so before guests might help.

Disappointed

The location was nice. The house was nice, but lacking in amenities. We walked into a cold, dark house. The inside of the house was basically clean, with the exception of the centerpiece on the dining table that was stuck to it as a result of improper cleaning. I’m not much for plastic, so finding that there was no glass plates, or glasses was also a disappointment. Glass coffee cups were provided, but were stuck to the liner inside the cabinet. I was hesitant to use anything without prior washing on my part. Most of the serving dishes were also plastic I found this a concern as plastic is hard to sterilize. The patio cushions were dirty and the lights were covered with spiderwebs. The appearance suggested that it had not been cleaned in a really long time. The previous B&Bs that I have stayed in offered shampoo and soap for showers; this one did not. Since this was a lake house, I did expect to at least find a hairdryer, but this was not the case. The Wi-Fi and password did not work. I was finally able to get this access by using a different network which accepted the password. This B&B has so much potential as it does have nice access to the water. The visit with family made it possible to overlook the things that I had expected from this B&B.

This has quickly become our favorite family vacation spot! Everything you could ever need is on hand and the river and views are spectacular

Fabulous location and scenery was amazing!

Easy process and all around! Nice and quiet neighborhood and excellent fishing off the front lawn!
