"They don't read check out instructions when booking with other websites. My check out is 10 am but they wanted me to leave the room at 9 am. Cockroaches were all over our apartment."

"At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by"

"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

"We were near the centre of Durban, everything was easy to reach by car. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The accomodation was generously sized and cleaned regularly. Living in Durban has challenges but our stay was worthwhile."
