"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

"For the price it was great. We only stayed one night. I don't think I would stay there several nights. The staff was very nice and like I said - the price was right. There needs to be an update on the bathtub shower. It was very old and needs replaced. Clean though. The same with toilet tissue holder - very old. Don't expect much for breakfast - very simple but that was okay with us. There were a couple of homeless men in the parking lot that yelled insulting words at us when we parked. It was...

"I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs "

"Overall the hotel was in great shape. Rooms were pretty clean, and actually was not carpeted (however we were given a handicap room, not sure if that was why). Not sure if the hotel is newer or just remodeled, but we were very content and again, very happy happy with the cleanliness. The breakfast was fine, standard waffle maker, sausage, cereal and bread goods. Usually hotels give you scrambled eggs or little omelets, but this was the first time we've seen hardboiled eggs in the burner next...
