Cottage Style Within A Modern “coastal” Themed Property With Log Burner

Located in the heart of the village of Heacham, near the popular holiday resort of Hunstanton our cosy, full of character, modern 3 bedroom cottage with secure and private south facing garden, garage and parking space, provides the perfect setting to explore the west facing beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coastline recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether your interests are watching wildlife, walking and cycling or enjoying the unspoilt countryside and safe local beaches, Carpenter’s Cottage provides quality, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Using contemporary furnishings throughout the property is caringly presented to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The cosy sitting room, with its log burner, tv and powerful internet wifi service comfortably seats 5 adults. Whilst the well equipped kitchen/dining area fully supports all self catering needs. The two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Upstairs is also the family shower room with a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Towels and quality toiletries are provided for all guests along with kitchen and bathroom necessities.
A detailed personal service is provided throughout from initial enquiry through to arrival when you will find a welcome basket of essentials including free range eggs from our own garden chickens.

Literally a home from home, Teresa went out her way contacting me before and at the end of the trip, she could not have been more helpfull and accomodating, welcome giftsd on arrival were an unexpected bonus, beds and bedding were extremelly comfortable, everything you could ask for and more supoplied in the house, great location too.

Beautiful cottage, close to all the area has to offer

We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage. A proper home-beautifully furnished, super cosy and everything you could need. Absolutely excellent. Teresa has thought of everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay. So well equipped, lovely and quiet, but also well situated for the village and local shops. The cottage fitted all our requirements and some. Very cosy and welcoming, very clean. A thoughtful welcome gift from the owner who was very friendly. Great location for local shops and attractions. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Lovely.
