Updated Kings Beach Cabin - Walk to Beach, Hot Tub

This 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental cabin is located adjacent to the 9th tee box of the Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach. For winter guests, the rental cabin is on a single level for great winter access and is centrally located to Northstar-at-Tahoe, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and all the conveniences in Kings Beach. The summer guest will appreciate being on the Old Brockway Golf Course, being able to walk to the North Tahoe Beach Center , walk to Spindleshanks Restaurant, and being able to walk to Safeway for groceries and essentials.

The cabin has been extensively remodeled including new alder floors and carpet, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, river rock gas fireplace, hot tub, and a fenced back yard for the kids, Fido or both. The garage has a ping pong/pool table and is heated and carpeted so it acts as some additional living space.

*For larger groups, this home is a few houses away from the Fairway Cabin, 5 houses away from the Foursome Remodeled Dog Friendly Cabin and the Hole in One Cabin, and about 10 houses away from the Birdie Time Vacation Rental.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

We had such a wonderful time. We are looking forward to coming back again and bringing our adult kids. This place was so peaceful and relaxing. There's a safeway right next door which we didn't find until the day before we left but for future reference its walking distance. The walk to the lake was so close.

We come to Tahoe every year, but this was our first time staying here. The house was extremely clean & well stocked. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds & TV with roku in their room. The home's layout was spacious yet cozy. The hot tub was very clean as well!The garage was stocked with original super soakers (our son was THRILLED with this!), saucers & a sled (unfortunately no snow for us on thia trip). It also has a pool table/ping pong table. The hosting agency was extremely communicative & friendly throughout our stay.The house is only 1/4 mile walk to the beach & Safeway (super convenient).We really enjoyed our stay & look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time at this cabin. The hot tub was hot and clean, pet-friendly with a dog bowl ready and the property managers were very communicative. I appreciated the fenced in yard for my kids and dog. We would come here again.

This cabin was perfect for our little family and was within walking distance to food, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed our time playing games by the fire and soaking in the hot tub. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host checked in often with helpful information. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house awesome location. Spent 6 days with 4 adults, toddler and 2 dogs! Loved the layout and backyard! Walked to beach, shops and restaurants. The bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows) are older and needing updating! Second bedroom for kids needs a queen size for 2nd couple. Otherwise was a perfect trip!

Family Kings Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kings Beach. The property is quiet and was perfect for our family four. We enjoyed coffee in the morning with the beautiful scenery in the backyard and the hot tub in the evening to relax after a long day at the beach.Everything was clean and property management was extremely responsive and helpful. We definitely will be looking into this property for our next winter trip.

Great spot close to the lake

When we got to Tahoe, we were looking to limit our driving, so this place was perfect. It's a lovely house—big enough for the two of us to work remotely for a few days and comfy enough for us to enjoy our time off. You can walk to the park at Kings Beach on the shore but you can also walk to a bunch of places to eat or have a beer. It's also a short walk to safety for light shopping. The house was clean and well-appointed and perfect for the two of us, but it would also be good for a small family. We would definitely rent again.

Fantastic

Cute and cozy cabin tucked away from the noise of North Tahoe proper, but close enough to be in walking distance to many great shops and eateries. It was comfortably roomy for two people, but better that then cramped. Very clean, well maintained (some things showed normal wear and tear, but nothing was broken or otherwise problematic), and well-stocked. Hosts are very responsive and friendly, giving lots of advice and concierge-like suggestions. Will definitely be coming here again!
