House smelled like fish, stove top coils broken and crooked so almost unusable. Bare minimum supplies - one kitchen towel, few bath towels, no amenities to enjoy village recreation

Good Overall

This stay was good overall. The place was very clean and in a good location. The parking was right in front. We didn't use the pool but it looked like it was very nice. There are small improvements that would make it great. Fix a broken shower door, provide a few more, better quality towels in baths and kitchen. An electric kettle to heat up water would have been nice. Add some temp and burner markings to the old stove. It works well but all the marks to tell you which burner and high or low heat are missing. I think it's a good place and size for a small family. It isn't large but it's comfortable. Nice balconies.

Nice space/ excellent location

This condo is comfortable, well-stocked, and within an easy drive to the lake, Northstar, and Truckee. We enjoyed a lovely weekend in Tahoe.

Perfect spot for skiing at Northstar

This condo is exactly what I expected. Nothing luxurious, but was comfortable and worked well for our 4 night stay. Check in was easy, but unfortunately the condo had not been cleaned since the last group left. Vacasa manages the property, were very responsive, and had a cleaning crew out in just over an hour.

Great location

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed the deck in the morning. It was a great location as it provided easy access to so many activities. The only drawbacks - the glasses seem to be a collection of miscellaneous items and the coffee mugs are all small to average. No large mugs. Second, the front door lock is tricky. Took us several tries to lock every time. Other than that, it was clean and perfect for a couple or small family. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Clean, cozy, close to everything

This was a great location, close to the lake, Tahoe city, Norstar, Incline, and Truckee. It was very clean and maintained. We liked the cosy feel. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make and bake Thanksgiving dinner. I just wish I had known that before we arrived. I was told there was very little, not even plates or utensils. I brought everything to make Thanksgiving dinner and it ended up the place had everything I needed. It was a huge waste of time and space in my car. It was hard to heat the 3 levels of the home. The 1 floor bedroom would be freezing while the 3rd floor was too hot. The tennis courts, bocce and horse shoes are not available during the fall and winter. That would have been good to know since we planned on that. There is not a bunk bed with trundle. We got there during the transition and it wasn’t pleasant. There is now a futon with possibility of trundle.

Kings Beach Visit

We enjoyed the space of the unit and the lovely view out of the living room. It was located just minutes from Kings Beach, where my husband's sister works. It made it quick and easy to meet up with her when her day was over.

nice getaway but

Overall good experience, tho problems remained with very loose sink faucet and defective television. Upstairs loft with bulky bunkbed may not be comfortable for other guests. We appreciated the excellent location for sidetrips into Kings Beach, as well as the quiet neighborhood restrictions (no dogs and 10pm-8am quiet hours). Wish we could have stayed longer than our 2 nights ...

Danger! Vaccasa danger!

Managed by vacasa. Vacasa lied and ignored my phone call. Fire danger with extension cord strewn across mattress. Vacasa is the cable company of rentals- purposely stymies communication.

Hiking fun

Location near trails. Need more directions on use of TV upstairs and downstairs TV was totally unconnected to box. More direction on use of washer. Fireplace fan kept going on and heating room. Temps in the nineties. Closets cluttered with owners stuff.

Great condo for our family

We spent a long weekend in Tahoe with my family and this condo was great. It is perfect for a family of 4, had all the amenities we would need inside, plus access to the nice pool. It was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable....both huge bonuses in my book. Not a problem for us because our kids are older, but for families with young children, note that the master bedroom is on the first floor and the other room is on the 3rd floor (with the main living space on the 2nd floor)....lots of stairs could be tough with the little ones. It's a very convenient location to get to various locations (North Start, the beach, Truckee, etc.). Overall, a great place and would consider staying there again when we visit the area next time.

North Shore Gem

Great little Tahoe condo! Clean, updated, well maintained, beautiful pool, etc. The only 'problem' we had was the power cord was missing from the electric BBQ. We contacted the the mgmt co. who said they would "send someone over", but never did. Overall, a very nice condo.

The condo was clean and close to the pool. The only issue was how hot it got, especially on the third floor w the loft. It was too hot to sleep up there. I would come back to stay during cooler weather though! Nice place!

Very pretty and comfortable condo loft

We had a wonderful ski weekend with our two children in this spacious three-level condo. Right off of Highway 267, the condo was convenient to Northstar. If you want to ski at Squaw it's further away and traffic could be an issue. A Safeway store is a mile down the road, and the lake is very accessible. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing after a wonderful day of skiing. Parking was easy and the location was quiet. The condo itself is very pretty and feels new. The kitchen is very well equipped.
