Lake Tahoe is a wonderfully unique area, with something for everyone. No matter what the season or your reason for coming, Lake Tahoe has it all. We believe that our Tahoe rental home (locally owned, maintained and cleaned) will provide you with the perfect accommodation for your stay in Tahoe.

The house is very comfortable, with 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twins and 2 full bathrooms and provides a furnished and warm setting for a family vacation, romantic get-away or reunion of friends. A Murphy Queen bed and a fold out full sofa for four additional guests sleeping are available. View our numerous amenities below.

Enjoy spectacular views of North Lake Tahoe and snowcapped mountains while enjoying our rental home; it is located above Highway 28/AKA North Lake Tahoe Boulevard, included is some traffic noise in exchange for that magnificent view! Our property is conveniently located and quickly accessible to all recreational destinations.

The property was absulutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated! The pictures don't do it justice!There were so many nice ammenities you usually don't see in a Verbo property. The coffee/tea bar was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, storage bags and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal! Plus a large grill on the deck!The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, lotions and other nice little touches.Ginger and Terry were the ultimate hosts! They went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay! And we certainly did! Many thanks to them both. :-)See below for pics we took on the spacious deck.
One cloudy morning of our entire stay but Tahoe beauty abounds.
Stellar's Jays become very friendly. So much fun to feed them peanuts (which Ginger graciously provides!)
These two beauties waiting for breakfast! We are sitting right there! These birds look you in the eye and recognize faces so are not afraid.
Look closely to see a morning star between the trees.

Exceeded my expectations. The owners have gone above and beyond in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, availability of everything a vacation home would need. We checked in, unpacked, and immediately felt at home. Views of Lake Tahoe from inside or from the outside deck are spectacular. This rental home is a gem.

Relaxing with the family at this beautiful property!

After our son’s graduation, we spent 3 nights at this wonderful place! If I say everything was perfect, that would be an understatement!Location is great with the view exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean place with very inviting atmosphere. Stocked pantry. We did lots of cooking and had all the utensils!Ginger is an excellent host and she made sure that the entire stay was comfortable. Blue Jays on the patio were a hit and we enjoyed watching them so close to us!Overall, highly recommend this place and hope we will have a chance to stay there again!

Excellent and perfect!

We had guest from the UK and wanted to spend a few days in Tahoe. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were amazed in everything it offered! Everything was clean and well decorated! We were staying in and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The refrigerator was well stocked with soft drinks and water. Loved the coffee bar, and that was well stocked for us to enjoy. Also a bottle of wine and bubbly we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked, in case we were in need of anything. Nice towels and an abundance of them. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the property. The hostess was outstanding from the day before we arrived, to the day we left. Thank you Ginger!

Amazing getaway to Tahoe

Ginger is the most thoughtful vacation home host I’ve ever met. From the moment we got there to we left, she made sure we were comfortable. The place has amazing lake view and it was really nice staring at the view. Kitchen is well stocked, and everything was clean and lplenty of towels in the bathrooms. The location is also perfect, 3min from kings beach, 5min to safeway, and 20min to northstar resort. We’ll definitely go back.

Amazing time at Tahoe Tranquility

My family and I have been renting through VRBO for the past 7 years and this stay was our best yet. The host, Ginger, was absolutely incredible. Instructions were very clear and plentiful, she had food and drinks already available for us in the fridge when we arrived and had a box full of toys and so many books to read! The home itself was very clean and the view was absolutely stunning. My whole family enjoyed feeding the blue jays and squirrels with the peanuts Ginger left out. The house is conveniently located next to all kinds of shops and restaurants and snow parks. We hope to visit again next year!

Stunning!

What an incredible stay! The host is the sweetest, so accommodating and kind! We’ve never had a host go so far beyond in a vacation rental, providing snacks, pastries, and even ice cream for the kids. The house is absolutely beautiful, very welcoming, and clean, and that view of Tahoe can’t be beat! Highly recommend this rental. Hope we can go back soon!

Fantastic Weekend

We decided last minute to take a quick weekend trip to Lake Tahoe. The views from this property caught our attention and it did not disappoint! Ginger was absolutely the best host we've ever encountered. The process was seamless and communication was great. She provided so many recommendations and attention to detail was clearly a priority. It made us all (including our dog) feel so welcome. The kitchen is fully stocked and the thoughtful treats and drinks were definitely appreciated by our teenage son. The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It fit our needs and provided the relaxing weekend we needed. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful stay! Loved it

A great and relaxing time. Ginger was so attentive to any needs and I've never seen such a stocked fridge with beer, wine, soda, water, and ginger beer and coffee, as well as charcuterie type foods and sweet and salty snacks. It was great to arrive to as multiple delays caused us to come late into the night and we were exhausted so the noshes were very welcome. My father in particular loved to sit out on the deck and peacefully take in the Lake Tahoe views. Would stay again!

Beautiful Very Well-Equipped Tahoe Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property overlooking Lake Tahoe. The owner left us a true banquet of food for our arrival, unlike anything we have previously encountered. I have no idea if she always does this, but we were amazed. The kitchen, bathroom (we only used the master suite), and rest of living area were all extremely well-equipped. Cooking would have been a breeze! We appreciated the high-end coffee machine in particular. The deck was pleasant with a great lake view, though there is audible road noise from below. The owner, Ginger, greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Can;t overstate how nice this was!
