"The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely. HOWEVER, as in so many hotels, the lighting is more decorative than functional. The closets are the size of a postage stamp and the bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in. It is an old, historic hotel, and it’s possible that city codes prevent modernization. There are many other hotels in that location where you would probably get more bang for your buck. "

"This hotel is beautiful - from the architecture, lobby, outdoor spaces, to the rooms. Our hotel room was spacious with lovely furnishings. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I especially loved having the delicious croissants, pastries and coffee delivered to our room each morning and the wine and cheese/crackers happy hour each day. "I absolutely loved my stay at the Pinch. They provided us with a welcome cocktail and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite upon arrival. The customer service and hospitality was second to none. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The bathroom was well lit and exceptionally clean which was important to me. Housekeeping staff was very detailed and on point. The pastries for the complementary breakfast were delicious and this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "

"Everything about this place was just fantastic! The cleanliness and the comfortability was amazing. The staff were so welcoming. I was immediately offered complimentary champagne which kicked off our stay! This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! "

"We will definitely stay at this hotel again! The room was spacious and very clean, we were able to check in quickly (and received a complimentary bottle of wine!), and it is close to many of the places we needed to visit. The only downside is no continental breakfast (we knew that when we booked), but the coffee provided in the morning was good."

"We just loved the Andrew Pinckney Inn! The staff was so friendly! The breakfast in the morning had such a lovely variety. The quiches and pastries were delicious. The place was very welcoming with their cookies in the afternoon and the Wine & Cheese events lin the early evening. This boutique hotel was perfect for both families and couples looking for a getaway in Charleston. The location is great because it’s in walking distance to the Market, carriage rides & restaurants.
