"The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems. "More like a boarding house than a hotel but great place to stay. I had no a lovely room with small courtyard view,room had fridge, desk and chair, microwave, jug and tea/coffee, TV, bed was comfortable and very friendly and helpful people. It is in a safe area and a short walk to cafes and shops. "
