"The staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you had the best stay possible. The only downside was I couldn’t figure out how to turn the fan on in the bathroom. I looked everywhere for a switch but it is probably there and I just couldn’t find it. Also, the TV remove I couldn’t get it to turn the sound up or down but perhaps remotes are different in Ireland and I just don’t know the way to do it. Either way, it was a great experience."

"A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish...

"We loved Waterford and the hotel. We almost couldn't fly home from Dublin and we were going to try to go back to Waterford and stay at Dooleys Hotel for as long as we were grounded! Unfortunately, we were able to fly out. Highly recommend!!"

"Down for a birthday party being hosted in the hotel and unfortunately I wasn’t there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but the room was very nice, extremely comfortable bed, great strong shower, tea and coffee facilities etc and the veggie cooked breakfast was delicious. "
