No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Fireplaces
Most fireplaces in the home are decorative and not for guest use. The only operational fireplace is located in the main living area under the TV, just off the kitchen.
For safety, please use only the provided Duraflame logs. No other materials may be burned.

Garage
The detached garage is not accessible to guests at any time.

Accessibility
This is a two-story home with one step to enter. A bedroom is located on the first floor, which may be helpful for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety and security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home and near the garage. These cameras are motion-activated and monitor exterior areas only.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
