Killington 5BR Chalet - Hot Tub - Off Access Rd

Adventure Peaks is a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located just off the access road (off Dean Hill) and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. It features an expansive deck w/ hot tub and BBQ grill; a well-equipped kitchen; a sauna, a kid game room with PlayStation 4; a large bar with billiards table, darts, 2 HDTVs, and plenty of seating for large families or groups.

The Space:

There are five furnished bedrooms (each named after favorite ski/mtn bike trails), three remodeled bathrooms, cathedral ceilings in the bar room, a private office, and a deck for outdoor seating when weather allows. Amenities include two large HDTVs, a Olhausen 8ft slate pool table, a well-maintained 6-person hot tub, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and much more.

Regardless of whether you are looking for a getaway group of families, friends, or professionals, we're sure you'll be more than satisfied with the whole package the house offers.

Other things to note:
- This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS home in order to maintain low allergens for our guests with allergies. Violators will be fined per our rental agreement.

- No bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, or fraternity parties or events!

- Pack 'n play, high-chair, and baby gate are available as needed.

Adventure Peaks house was a perfect stay. The host was very responsive, supplied all essentials and then some, the location is 5 min drive from the mountain and walkable to some of the downtown bars/restaurants. The house was perfect for a large group or family with plenty of space to sleep, hangout, store ski equipment, etc. highly recommend this house!

Property is in a good location with easy driving access to restaurants and Killington ski lifts. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths easily accommodated our party of 10. Game room is amazing with a beautiful pool table (in great shape), large screen TV, big bar area, dart board and other ammenities. By far our favorite part of the house. Kitchen was well equiped with cooking supplies, large table for all to use, and an amazing well stocked coffee bar. Not a big issue, but heating throughout house was sporatic, some rooms were comfortable while others quite cold. Unfortunately we encountered 2 issues with the hot tub that prevented us from using it 2 of the 3 days we were there. The owner was very responsive addressing both as quickly as possible, but the end result was we couldn't use it when we wanted which was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Adventure Peaks again.

Game room house

Over all wonderful home and great host who was receptive to our emails. Three level house we were able to have 10 members of our family stay and feel comfortable and not on top of everyone. Only one small thing - this says it is air conditioned (we visited in the summer) - but only part of the house has AC. Thankfully the weather is cooler in the mountains so we were comfortable with windows being open and the fans. But if you have a group with you in the summer or winter this is a great place full of amenities and things to do.

Great house. Great location

Great communication. The house was very clean and it was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends. Very close to the town for activities ; golfing; hiking etc. Very comfortable. The great room was very nice and huge. We could all hang out ; play pool; shoot darts and watch tv.

Top Notch Group Accommodation

This property has something for everybody. Perfect place to relax whether it’s in the Jacuzzi, Sauna, by the bar, next to the wood burning stove, or by the TV. The property comes well equipped with ring toss, pool, darts, and board games everything to keep our group going. We were traveling with our 2 year old daughter too. Our daughter loved the toy loft that kept her busy, having a high top and a pack and play ready to go was also very convenient. Location is great and accommodations were comfortable ! Be back soon.

Adventure Peak stay

The home is located in a perfect location for skiing and enjoying the night life Killington has to offer. We loved the open space and flow throughout the house. We will look forward to another adventure.

First ski weekend of the season

Got 24” of snow which made it perfect! Bar area and great room was perfect for getting everyone together. Picked up firewood at a nearby store and had the wood stove roaring 🔥

Adventure Peaks Delivers!

My group of 6 had an excellent time at Adventure Peaks! The house is very well appointed and set up for groups to have fun times. The house has many outstanding positives, including the main living room area with a built-in bar. This is where our group spent the bulk of our time socializing. Additionally, the hot tub is located directly off the kitchen/dining area and was working perfectly. Finally, the location of this house cannot be beat! It is situated a half mile from the main access road and in the middle of the action in very close proximity to the best restaurants/bars that Killington has to offer. Will absolutely book Adventure Peaks again for a return trip to Killington!
