We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful scenery around us. We did a lot of baking and cooking and feel the stove was not working correctly was the only thing we had an issue with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home. Every need was provided. Huge bass in the pond to fish for. Very private. Fast responce from owner when a question was asked. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and we will recommend it to our friends and we hope to stay in the area again soon

Beautiful location

We have over a dozen family that stay all weekend and you can't even tell there are that many there as the upstairs has a playroom, a fire pit outside and the pond or just going for a walk.

Family time

We had 6 people in our party. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is clean with plenty of room for outdoor games. The screened in patio is huge with nice furniture. My 4 year old grandson sat out there every morning and evening, the whole family ate our meals out there. It is a very relaxing home to come back to after long days enjoying Amish country activities. My 11 year old grandson loved the fishing pond and caught a fish about 7-8 pounds. If you are looking for a quiet home to relax in, but close to town, this is the home for you. Melody is a great host very good to work with.

Reunion

I rented this listing for a reunion, and it was wonderful! We had 15 people staying in the house, though I wouldn't recommend that for more than a night or two, and it worked. There are only two bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so that makes it a tad difficult when you have a large number of people staying there, but otherwise it was great! The property is beautiful and out in the middle of nowhere which I loved :)

Great stay

We loved our stay at the house. No great cell service but that was okay! The house was clean and perfect for our little getaway with friends. The porch was fun to hang out on. Loved that half is screened in. Thank you for having us.

Don’t overlook this one!

Every year our family finds a place to gather. We had our oldest (married) daughter with her husband and our 2 grandkids. And we also had our 2 college age daughters with us. Plenty of room. The inside of the home is modern farm house, open floor plan, and the kitchen table fit is all and had room for more. The back screened in porch was so nice. The playground set was perfect for the grandkids. And the pond! My family enjoyed the catch and release fishing. Caught some huge bass in there. The catfish must be huge as it bent the hook on our line. So much fun. Outdoor bon fire pit is perfect. It was too hot out for us to use but is positioned perfect overlooking the pond. This place is quiet! I mean quiet! Which is what we wanted. Has cable tv but we didn’t even turn it on. The property is large and plenty of places to walk and stroll around. Our family relaxed and had so much fun. One final thing, it’s about 25 minutes from Berlin Amish country. You can hit any area of Amish country within 40 minutes. So it’s perfect if you want to head in and shop. The hosts are so kind and very easy to work with. Don’t over look this one! Enjoy!

Beautiful property

Our family of seven just stayed here for a week, and we had a fantastic time. This property is beautiful and as private as you would want it to be. We had one issue that we communicated with Melody about during our stay, and she worked extremely hard to resolve it. We would stay here again, for sure.

Ideal for family weekend

Places to sleep for all 13 kids, grand kids and great grandkids. Clean, well supplied, and well maintained. Spent a lot of time at the fire ring, hope to use many times again.

Christmas get away

Everything was clean. Our needs (bedding, toiletries,towels,etc) were very nicely provided. Plenty of parking area. Overall I was very pleased with the pricing and the housing. We had a great time.
