With 100% of our guests giving our location 5 stars and loved by families, our (multi) family friendly home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It's easy to spread out in our home with two living rooms and an additional kitchenette. The kids will love the foosball table and the game consoles. Enjoy an easy walk to the lifeguarded beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Quiet street and nice backyard. Outdoor shower for easy cleanup and tastefully decorated, inside and out, with fun and beachy art!

This family friendly home features a ground level game room with Foosball table, Wii, PlayStation, kitchenette, and seating area with large 60 inch flat-screen TV -- perfect for family movie nights!

Upstairs, enjoy a large living area with TV and plenty of comfortable seating & new flooring! The (2-zone) central air and heat will keep everyone comfortable year round, while the wood fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere during colder months. With 7 TVs and plenty of books and games, the family will never run out of entertainment. Plus, the Wireless Internet allows family members to check email, surf the web, stream movies, and upload vacation photos with ease.

Ground Level: Game room with Foosball table, Wii, PlayStation, kitchenette with second full size refrigerator, second living room with 60 inch flat-screen TV, King master suite with TV, kids room (1 twin bunk set and two twin pull-out chairs) with TV, futon , additional full bath, and outdoor Shower.

Second Level: Full, updated kitchen and large family area with TV with plenty of seating. Dining room that seats 8, spacious front and back decks, and a half bath.

Top Level: King Owners Suite with TV and Balcony with Water Views, Queen Bedroom with TV and Balcony with Water Views, Additional Full Bath (newly renovated), Queen Bedroom and Twin bed with TV

Outside, take advantage of the front and back sundecks with dining tables. Enjoy the privacy of the brand new fenced in yard while you roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can cook up a quick meal on the outdoor charcoal grill and enjoy it al fresco! An enclosed outside shower is available to wash off the salt and sand from the life-guarded beach that is just 2 blocks away (only a three minute walk!). And, the central location makes it easy to visit the Wright Memorial, go shopping, or eat at some of the Outer Banks' best restaurants.

Linens, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, and beach towels are all included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. No house parties allowed. No excessive noise allowed. Absolutely no pets allowed!

The art in the home was beautiful and certainly added to the ambiance and relaxation. There was plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were all wonderful and the home was centrally located. Leslie was very responsive to questions. Definitely a place I recommend to anyone.

Perfect getaway spot

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, welcoming, and had plenty of space for our big crew. The beach was an easy 5 min walk and plenty of shops and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. We will definitely be staying here again on our next OBX trip!

The property is very attractive and fully stocked with entertainment options, Tv's in every bedroom, nice decks and balconies. Very spacious and easy walking to the beach. Beach chairs are available, the only thing missing is a gas grill. Firewood for the fire pit is available at the 7-11 if needed.

The house is as depicted, the location is “less than a quarter mile to the beach. The beach is beautiful and was not too busy (first week of August). The house was not as clean as we expected. We were surprised that we needed to put sheets on all the beds when we arrived after a day of travel. We found evidence of prior renters (chips under chairs, cigarette under a bed. The outdoor shower was mildewed so we didn’t use it, the outdoor hose wasn’t working either. There were enough plates for 40 people, but only 6 spoons. The coffee maker was filthy and needed a deep cleaning before we could use it. The TV in the living room is positioned awkwardly for anyone to watch. The house wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t great, and the fixes are fairly simple. There are not beach chairs at the house so be prepared to pack, buy, or rent. We bought and packed chairs from Costco that cost less than a rental would have and half as much as purchasing locally. It would be nice if they were provided (previous beach rentals have included chairs, so again I was surprised by the lack). All in all, the house was okay, but not as nice as we expected. We have rented in many states over the past few years, so we think we have reasonable expectations for the price point we choose.

Perfect place for a family gathering

My husband and I just gathered with our adult kids and partners in OBX. This house was absolutely perfect for us! It was clean and exactly as advertised. You can't beat the location - about 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to so many restaurants. We had an issue with air conditioning when we arrived. I let our host know the next morning and she had a repair person there within the hour. Talk about outstanding service! Plus she patiently answered all my questions ahead of time - and always quickly. If you want a lovely property with the best host, pick this one! We'd go back in a heartbeat.

House is awesome. Only suggestion is....Have a gas grill available. 😀 Cooking for 10 people on a campground charcoal grill in the backyard is not feasible.

Family Getaway

My cousins and I took the kids for our annual family trip. The house was perfect. The kids ran around the backyard, we grilled, everyone had a place to lay their head and there were lots of games to choose from. The house was perfect for our big party.
