Packed with amenities and modern finishes, enjoy beautiful teak wood decks, direct sound access with a private dock, a community beach and a community pool perfect for the kids! When you are ready to hit the beach, you're just a 6 mile drive to the lifeguarded and handicap accessible Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access with parking lot and bathhouse!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a Soundfront dock, outside shower and fire pit with seating area. Inside you'll find a garage with a ping-pong table and recreation room with smart TV, foosball table, air hockey, guardian of the galaxy pinball machine and a full bathroom. Queen Bedroom with smart TV and patio deck access.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with smart TV, private deck with swing and sound views and private bathroom with double vanity, stand-up shower, jetted tub and an extra-large closet. King Master Bedroom with smart TV with free Netflix and private bathroom, King Bedroom with smart TV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with smart TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a 75" smart TV with free Netflix, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with 6-burner Viking gas stove with flat top, full-size freezer and breakfast bar seating for 4. Dining area seating 8, half bath and the 6th Bedroom with Queen Sleep Sofa, smart TV and private deck access.

Extras: 7 smart TVs, Viking stove, full-size freezer, gas and charcoal grills, foldable dining tables and folding chairs for outdoor party, firepit, pinball machine (no coin required), air hockey, ping pong table, foosball table, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), 2 kayaks, deck swing, outside shower and Community Pool and Tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Colington Harbour: Located in the quiet, secluded island community of Colington Harbour, you'll love the amazing views and ample opportunities for crabbing, fishing, kayaking and other watersports. Even though you are situated about 15 minutes from the main Outer Banks area, you're still close to excellent local restaurants. Colington Pizza offers some of the tastiest pizza in the area and as a bonus, they deliver right to the Harbour! For a fine dining experience when celebrating a big event, try Colington Café. The SaltBox Café is the perfect place for Sunday brunch to kick off your vacation week. To prepare your own dish in your gourmet kitchen, stop by Billy's Seafood Market to pick up fresh, locally caught seafood from shrimp and oysters to mahi-mahi and tuna. As you are driving into Colington, you even pass the Wright Brothers Memorial which is a must-see landmark for your trip! Whether you just want to sit by the water with your favorite book or you plan to visit as many landmarks and restaurants as you can while you're in town, Warren's Sound Retreat is the perfect spot for your next vacation!

We were impressed with the home online but when we got there, we had no idea there were very few bathroom doors. It was very odd. Some had curtains and some had none and some had louvers. The floor was sticky and there weren't any dishwasher detergent or soaps in the bathrooms. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and we had to run to the store first thing to get the soap to run the dishwasher. Where we have stayed before they usually have a couple of trash bags and some soap to start with so that was odd also. Just little things could have been better or communicated better.

Nice Home

The house was all that it was advertised from the layout to the view! Lovely home, but the cleaning before we arrived was sloppy at best. It was clear that the same used rag was used to wipe glass table and mirror in half bath. This house deserves better. The beds are comfy as well. The lack of a door on the master bath was distressing! And slatted bathroom and bedroom doors made it feel not private. It would be lovely to have solid doors and a door to master bath!

Collington harbor

Awesome location and dock on sound. Pool closed and bacteria warning for swimming in sound put damper on ising thosr. Fire pit and decks were nice. Dog hair and carpet stains and mold smell

Such a fun stay

We loved staying here. The house had so much to offer. The kids and adults loved all the games. We also loved fishing and crabbing off the dock and the kids played soccer in the big backyard. We spent every evening enjoying the sunset and making fires in the firepit. The whole visit was so relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to get away to your beautiful home.

In need of repair

TV broken, no cable, facia boards slapping the side of the house all day and night in the wind, stove and oven dirty, front steps loose, all doors in the house are louvers so no privacy, pinball machine is broken, and cleaners showed up before checkout and woke us up. Other than all that it was great. Really think the property manager should have given us some of our money back since most of the things that were included in the rental were out of order and we barely got any sleep due to the boards slapping the house all night, then the cleaners busting in the house before 9am without knocking or announcing themselves when they entered. But all they could say was we apologize, even though it says let them know within 24hr so they can repair any problems immediately and we did. Before we left they said they hope we will stay with us again, honestly I would rather go back to the hotel we normally stay at, not gonna list the name because if people find out they won't have any vacancies and we like it there.

Family Vacation

We were very happy with this rental. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for the 10 of us. Our grandchildren loved the game room and we had loads of space for our family to spread out. The view of the sound was gorgeous and we crabbed and fished almost every day. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
