The kitchen is a chef's dream with abundant cabinet storage (rare in a beach home!), breakfast nook seating for 5, plenty of workspace on the granite counters and updated appliances. High ceilings and hardwood floors add to the luxuriousness of this home. There is also a half bath and King master on this level including a jetted tub, shower and double vanity.
The mid level of this home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and deck access. One Queen bedroom, a King bedroom with semi-private bath that counts as a full hall bath, another King bedroom, then two King bedrooms that both have private baths and deck access.
The lower level is where you will find the large game room, including billiards table, foosball and a card table, a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, wet bar and icemaker, and access to the pool area. There is a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks, and another bedroom with a pyramid bunk and regular bunk. On the hall there is a full bath, and the laundry room. The pool is a private 16x28 pool, and there is a hot tub, putting green, basketball hoop and enclosed outside shower. From the pool there is a private walkway access to the beach!
