This beautiful vacation home is one that you can't miss it driving down the road! Conveniently located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you are just a stone's throw away from some of our favorite restaurants, historic sites and family attractions. RoxSand offers so many wonderful amenities, including the Avalon Pier and beach access right at the end of your road. RoxSand will have you falling in love with the Outer Banks over and over again!

When you pull up to this bright, red beach cottage, you'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and under the Covered Carport. Grill up some delicious fresh, local North Carolina seafood on the nearby Park-Style Grill and head on out back to the poolside patio where you'll find a convenient Picnic Area that's perfect for some al fresco dining. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower before taking a dip in the Private Pool* or resting your muscles in the bubbly Hot Tub. After you've spent plenty of time working on your tan in the lounge area, make your way inside to the cozy Den with a Flatscreen TV and Foosball Table for some relaxation and plenty of bright, natural light. A Full Bathroom with a Stand-Up Shower and a Washer and Dryer are close by for your convenience.

Find plenty of place to get some sleep on the Middle Level where you can get cozy in the King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom or the Queen Bedroom with large windows and a beautiful view. For the kiddos, enjoy a fun Pyramid Bunk Room and a Full Hallway Bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space while still being just a bedroom away. When you're ready to enjoy some fresh salt air and cool ocean breezes, relax on the Mid-Level Covered Back Deck with a spacious view of the surrounding homes.

You'll find yourself spending most of your time on the Main/Upper Level of this fantastic home. Enjoy the nautical decor and bright, airy spaces of the Living Area with cozy furniture and Flatscreen TV that's perfect for family movie nights. Cook up something amazing in the spacious Kitchen with modern appliances and counter space with Bar seating for 4. Enjoy your delicious meal together in the Dining Area, which has seating for 10, before stepping out onto the Furnished Sun Deck where you can enjoy a cool drink as you watch the stars appear in the clear, Outer Banks sky in the evening. It was wonderful, nice place clean inside. Just a pool needed to be a little bit more cleaner.

Nice home but needs some necessities.

The house was very nice and we all had an amazing time…..here is just a few suggestions for your future guest! Keurig is broken. The house had sand and crumbs all over the floors in the entire house. Need bath Mat in all the bathrooms. Only one frying pan and its small. Took me two hours to cook breakfast with one pan. Hand soap needs to be in all bathrooms. Need a dust pan and broom. Need a stove scrapper and a dish towel in the kitchen.

I will start by saying the house is in a great location close to beach with lots to do close by. When we got to the house the first thing we noticed was that there was no toilet paper or hand soap most places I’ve stayed at least have one roll in each bathroom to get you by until you can get to the store. Then after walking around a bit we realized none of the beds were made and only half them even had mattress pads. The bottom mattress in the room with bunk bed was covered in stains. Queen bedroom on the top floors headboard was broken and comforter was torn. Kitchen utensils were dirty and rusty so we ended up going to target and buying some new ones. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work as well on the 2nd floor. There also seemed to be dog hair on everything and we had some cockroaches. I called property management and they were very responsive and sent someone out to re clean and to spray for the bugs. We stayed for 2 weeks and I just feel like for the amount we spent the place should have been kept up a little better. If the couch has been torn and re sewn a few times it’s probably time to get a new one.
