"Convenient hotel very close to the airport. Free shuttle bus as well. However if you are using as a day room for a layover be warned they give away the booking if you do not show up for check in the evening before. This happened to myself as well as a colleague and his family. I was however able to get the room back once I arrived as the staff were very helpful. "

"Modern hotel with lots of light — clean & spacious rooms. The beds & bedding were super comfortable. My friend enjoyed the sauna. There is both a restaurant & a separate Pub. After supper we had drinks outside in the courtyard — always like that option. The beakfast buffet was just okay. As for location, this hotel is surrounded by highways, so it's not the best choice for people who want to walk around or do local sightseeing. But it's a good choice for business purposes & airport...

"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"The Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport has been my go-to stay arriving and departing Germany for years. I’ve had exceptional rooms in the executive tower section, and very nice “business” rooms. To me the breakfast is a highlight. The restaurant options have become more limited especially on weekends. The ability to go for a walk in the adjacent woods is one of the best things about the hotel! Great to get over jet lag. The other great thing at least until this year is the super convenient shuttle...

"Von der einfachen Einrichtung her, ein sehr deprimierender Eindruck. Lautes, anhaltendes Geräusch aus der Klimaanlage. Zimmer allerdings sehr sauber! "

"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war im großen ganzen sehr gut. Super bequem vom Flughafen mit dem Transfer hin und zurück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe für zwei Personen. Bett war bequem, kleine Manko, die Fugen in der Dusche hätte sauberer sein können, aber sonst alles okay. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle Auswahl. Kommen immer wieder gerne."

"In de basis prima. Kamers zijn gerenoveerd. Bedden zijn prima, kamers zijn ruim. Ontbijt is voldoende. Helaas was de shampoo op beide kamers die we hadden op, het koelkastje werkte maar hing van tape en gebroken plastic aan elkaar. De vaat van de vorige huurder stond nog op het aanrecht en het personeel was wat afstandelijk en kortaf. Niet per se onvriendelijk en we zijn ook niet erg ontevreden, maar het gevoel is dat het met net een beetje meer aandacht voor detail een veel betere ervaring...
