"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them....

"It wasn't too far to travel too from the main station and easy to access with my Eurail pass. Did not need any other ticket. Place was cleaner than I expected. Very modern room. I was actually impressed with the inner room. Only place I saw a working heating in over 16 hotels I passed through in 16 days. I would definitely recommend staying here. You will have to travel by train to get back to the main city. Just over 20 minutes so not bad at all. Very good for the money I paid compared to the...

"Shuttle is not directly in front of property - it is about 2-3 minute walk from front doors, which is misleading. Also, shuttle drops off in parking lot across from terminal and then you must walk another 5-7 minutes, which is somewhat confusing when you are not familiar with the airport. Would have been better off taking a RE or ICE direct to the airport and staying somewhere else, maybe? But, the robot serving dinner was cute and the room was clean. Also, the natural environment was beautiful....

"Service is not what it was. Being ignored sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. Steam room and pool in the wellness area not working. No bathrobes in the room anymore. Loose floor tiles in our bathroom. Too bad. We always liked this hotel when flying in and out of Frankfurt. "

"The “twin beds” feel more like singles. Rooms were very clean, with modern touches. Bathroom was also clean and modern. Fabulous full breakfast. Everything you can imagine. Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet at night."

"A cozy but serviceable room for a recovery from a lengthy inbound flight. They accommodated me for a very early check in (7am) having booked and paid for the previous night. (Avoided a "no-show" cancelation with a phone call two days prior to arrival.) The AC control is effective and the room was quiet and comfortable. Just don't open the window. The AC pauses. The local area has plenty of food options just make sure to check open times. "The Italian" was our favorite."

Frühstück ist Standard und okay, es gibt Wurst und Käse, nen Kaffeeautomaten und Rührei, Würstchen, Hackbällchen, Marmelade, Gemüse, Tomate Mozzarella, Obst, Müsli Joghurt, Saft und Wasser. Man wird in jedem Fall fündig. Das Hotel ist insgesamt noch neu, die Unterhaltsreinigung insbesondere der Zimmer könnte besser sein."

"I booked this hotel specifically because it advertises convenience for passengers departing the Schengen zone. I was flying American Airlines to the US and this proved to be entirely inaccessible. My Cloud Hotel sits inside Terminal 1’s secure zone. American Airlines departs from Terminal 2. With checked baggage that couldn’t be processed at Terminal 1, I had no way to reach the hotel. Airport staff also flagged that checking in here means temporarily exiting the Schengen area — requiring a...
