"Vielen lieben Dank für zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen für die ganze Familie. In der Brownston Lodge ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Mit Kuchen und Blumen begrüßt zu werden war noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, umringt von Schafen und Kühen mit Blick auf den Lough Carra. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt und nachts den schönsten Sternenhimmel sehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Vom Angebot des Angelboots haben wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wir keine...

"The nicest place we have stayed at. Wonderful if i new i would of booked it for the entire stay in Ireland. Shawn is a Gentelman with the best Sense of Humor. Went through everything and missed nothing. Hense the reason he is 5 star if 10 Stars were avaliable he would deserve them. Dont miss vour chance to stay off the Grid in the quaintest cottage in Ireland. We will be back"

"Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. "

"Wonderful place to be based for a trip to Ireland. Loved the private beach, the views of the lake, fishing on the lake, and of course the donkeys! Enjoyed lots of days out around Mayo and Sligo. Mary was a lovely host! Highly recommend the venue as place to enjoy in and of its self as well as base to go exploring! "

"Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. We will definately return to stay at Cherry Tree Cottage, that is for sure! Derek Hanley, and family Dublin."

"Despite our uncertainty upon our arrival of where the building was that we were staying in, this was such a beautiful place to stay.
