Top Floor Beachfront Condo with Ocean view

Nani Kai Hale is a six-story condo located directly on the beautiful Sugar Beach in Maui. The suite is a cozy 1 bedroom, 2 baths, nicely furnished, top floor condo conveniently located on oceanfront in North Kihei with spectacular ocean, sunset, and mountain views. The south-central location is perfect for guests who want to conveniently explore all of Maui. Dining or shopping in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, exploring Haleakala volcano or golfing at world class courses are all within a few miles.

You'll enjoy spectacular ocean views from the lanai or oceanfront lawn. The wicker chairs and side table on the lanai are for your comfort while you enjoy the scenery. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use on the lawn, and we'll provide additional beach chairs to use on the long stretch of white sand beach that borders the resort.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, HD flat-screen television, Split AC, plenty of dresser drawer storage, and an attached master bathroom. In the living room, the couch converts to an additional queen bed (sofa-sleeper with memory foam mattress), ideal for the occasional overnight guest or small children, a large HD flat-screen television, split AC and access to a full secondary guest bathroom.

This unit features a full kitchen with big supply. In this space, you'll enjoy a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and other small appliances. Additionally, we provide all of the necessary cookware and utensils to cook and serve meals. This unit has a dining table that can comfortably seat 4 adults.

From the lanai, you'll enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean view to your south. From this vantage, keep an eye out in the winter time for breaching humpback whales, which migrate to the warm waters of Maui to mate and give birth to their calves. You can also relax in a chaise lounge, or take a dip in the ocean or the heated pool. Watch the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our beach front barbecue and dining area. With three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs, beach front dining is easy and pleasurable.

We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free vacation. The information and pictures online are accurate and we highly recommend this property!!

We were unable to get in for the first night because the door code didn't work. So, things happen during travel. The question isn't was everything perfect: it's what do people do when there's a problem? VRBO stepped up and helped us get settled for the night. Our hostess was mortified and pulled out all the stops. We had a wonderful stay because the people involved took responsibility and made things right. That's class.

The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive. For us the apartment was a little dark, and the was quite a bit of road noise. But the building is on the beach and the ocean sounds were excellent.

Such a cozy place to stay and relax. For someone traveling on their own, it was perfect. My trip was so busy with hikes, swims, golf, meeting with family, abd every night I got to come home and sleep in their gigantic comfy bed, wake up to my own kitchen for breakfast, and have moments of reflection on the patio listening to the rushing wind.The place was extremely clean upon arrival, but not sterile like a hotel. It was home away from home in every sense. If you wanted to swim in the ocean, easy access, if you wanted a dip in the pool, barely used, if you wanted to grill some goodness and mingle, right there.All in all I just have to say I feel so blessed I landed on the perfect spot for my stay and completely recommend this place for one or two people. Such a great deal for such a great spot.

We were surprised how windy it was at this property - every afternoon winds were between 30 and 40 mph. Quite noisy, indeed. There was no way to get local Hawaiian stations on the bedroom TV. Those are literally the ONLY things that we found lacking. Everything else (especially the communication and help from Kristal) were terrific. This condo is well-equipped with beach provisions. The kitchen is definitely workable, although there isn’t much space to store non-refrigerated food. The views from the condo were excellent of the ocean, but due to the winds, we went downstairs and watched the afternoon sunsets.

5 star view! Out the front door are stunning views of Haleakala and Molokini. The lanai boasts exceptional views of West Maui. Perfect central spot makes for easy drives to all the POI’s. Early morning and sunset beach walks. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and AC! Controlled, private access to the pool/common areas and beach. My hubby grilled one night for dinner. Easy and ample parking. ABC Store and shave ice a short walk away. Laundry center on same floor a few doors down, easy peasy! If you open the windows later in the day you get an exceptional breeze thru the condo! The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for whatever the day had in store, will book again next time we visit Maui! Mahalo Kristal!

This property is in a great location, right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants and other areas. However, the condo could use some improvements: some of the electrical outlets don't work, and the unit is dated.

Million dollar view

We had a lovely stay here. The view is priceless. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful and well card for. The beach is steps from the condo. All in all great stay.

No View

This property was misrepresented on VRBO. To have a view of something besides another complex or a parking lot, one had to open 2 doors that were so dirty, they almost wouldn't roll. The bed was very good, everything else was adequate, but I would not refer this unit to anyone.

Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing, the breeze russling the palms and making the decision to walk and then get a cup of coffee, or get a cup of coffee and then take the walk. Tough decisions when you’re totally relaxed.
