Located at the premier oceanfront property of Mana Kai, this upgraded 2 Bed, 2 Bath unit will make you never want to leave! Admire breathless views of the beach, ocean, Molokini Crater, and Kaho'olawe! Enjoy the fresh, modern interior with upgrades throughout!

The moment you step through the front door, you are met with spectacular ocean views. Located on the award-winning Keawakapu beach, this unit has it all. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and beautiful bamboo cabinets to enjoy while dining in with a fully stocked kitchen and an amazing view! Enjoy sunsets in the evening out on your private lanai overlooking the stretch of beach as the sun goes down, and again in the morning as you sip your cup of coffee.

The Ocean Front primary bedroom features a King sized bed and fully remodeled en suite bathroom. Sliding doors separate this bedroom from the living space to create a private space. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, stunning ocean views, and its own en suite bathroom for added comfort.

Mana Kai 307 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area. This particular unit has installed sliding shutter doors for added privacy.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The view from the room was simply stunning! Accessing the beach was easy, and the lawn and security workers were so polite and helpful. I personally appreciated having a designated parking place after returning from our daily adventures. Everything we needed was provided, with the exception of blankets for the beds. This location does not disappoint!

Room was great, love being right on the beach and with the general store right there. To me it you are going to maui spend the money to stay on the beach. Room had everything we needed except we bought a beach umbrella and a baking sheet, hopefully they stay for the next guests. The unit also provide ample paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap, they even provided a little laundry soap. At first, I was a little worried bc the condo is right next to the elevators and laundry room but it wasnt an issue at all with noise. My girls who stayed in the back room might have heard a little but nothing that turning on a fan didnt drowned out. My biggest complaint was no fault of anyone but it is a condo and everyone is in close quarter and we had neighbors above us who would wake up at 4am and start shuffling chairs, vaccuming and opening and closing the sliding doors, I would caution all the condo owners to not get rid of all the carpet as they remodel. It might be more expensive to maintain carpet but not having it damages the user experience due to noise. And yes i could have said something but choose not to. Also the management co was great and responsive at giving me options for our late flight out. It was really nice to have a few option to work with. It was great to watch the sunsets from the balcony and we even got to see dolphins. The beach it my favorite, calm but still fun waves for kids, snorkling, saw turtles every day we were in the water and even dolphins. Great trip!

We picked this property for it's view from the balcony. We liked that there were table and chairs facing the ocean. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and doing just enough work from our computers to stay kind of caught up. The view did not disappoint! The pool area was really nice. We enjoyed the grassy area between the pool and the beach. It was just a short drive to the shops of Waliea or the shopping and restaurants in Kihea. We highly recommend!

The best location

We rented the 2bd/2ba Mana Kai unit and were very happy with our booking. There was a slight hiccup at the very beginning of our stay as there were no linens for the pull out bed but as soon as we brought this to the property manager’s attention, the housekeeping brought the linen set to our room. The location is excellent as it is an oceanfront property so all you have to do to get to the beach is go downstairs. There’s also a small convenience store downstairs - they have coffee, bread, eggs, milk and other essentials. They are a bit pricey but you pay for the convenience of not having to go to the grocery store. The unit has two bedrooms - one bedroom is more secluded as it has its own bathroom and a heavy door. The other bedroom is in the common area with the couch (that has the pullout bed) and you can separate the two rooms with a wooden sliding door but the person sleeping on the couch/pullout bed will have to walk by the bed to get to the bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us but something to keep in mind. The kitchen had everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, and even grilling accessories).

Great VRBO unit. Clean, well furnished, perfect location. Everything regarding the property was a 10/10******Except the "communication with host" trying to chat with a non-responsive chatbot was completely pointless.

Fantastic condo in perfect location

We loved our stay. You cannot beat this view in Kihei. We went for long walks along the beach every morning. which then connected to the Wailea beach path to walk past all the resorts. If you are not an AC person, the ceiling fans move the air nicely in the condo. The lanai is a good size for 4 people to enjoy sitting and/or eating. The condo is well equipped with everything you could need.

Best spot on Maui

The property is just the absolute best location on the island. The beach is incredible. The pool is warm. The store has great food. The room was wonderful. Please put seasoning in the room. This is so basic. Guests should not have to go buy a variety of seasonings or bring them from home. It’s a condo with a kitchen. We shall be cooking. You’re welcome for me providing it, don’t steal it from your next guest. Aside from that rant perfect stay.

Our stay was beautiful. The room is exactly like it shows with a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. Jeremiah was amazing and so helpful when I called to ask a few questions about the property before our trip. We were able to snorkel right outside our room and seen some amazing sea life in the reef. A few turtles decided to swim by also. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

Our Favorite Place

The Mana Kai is our favorite stay on Maui! We love the balcony views of the ocean and beach! Sleeping is the best with the Master bed right by the balcony! Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a very home like stay! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

The rental had everything we needed for a very relaxing Hawaii getaway. Everything you could ask for was steps away- beautiful beach, warm pool, gear rental shop, general store. The rental isn't huge, but it is well equipped (especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs!) and the view from the balcony was worth every penny.

Great stay

Condo was clean and so conveniently located. Although we had to take out trash ourselves and vacuum, we had all the tools to do so. There are separate towels for the beach and loved the beach chairs that were available for our use. The only con I noticed was that the pull out couch didn’t have a full sheet set. There was a fitted sheet, pillow cases, and blankets, but no flat sheet.
