It features an ocean front lawn, and a multitude of on-site amenities that guests keep coming back for year after year. This popular resort complex features a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room, tennis court and more! Convenient on-site activities desk located at the pool, so you can book all of your Maui excursions in one spot, just steps from your condo. Enjoy the fantastic Maui sunsets, excellent whale watching (during whale season), and beach walks, that often include turtle sightings. Maui Sunset is located within close proximity to all the amazing activities that Maui has to offer, with ALL of the best South Maui beaches, shopping, restaurants, and all conveniences nearby!

This gorgeous condo has been remodeled top to bottom and is the perfect place for your Maui stay. New décor throughout, including upgraded queen sleep number mattress in the bedroom and a brand new queen sleeper sofa. The spacious open concept floor plan can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. The condo features a custom bathroom with large glass and tile shower lots of storage and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the view and beauty that surrounds you. Kihei is noted for its year round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island!

Wonderful property, ample parking space available, super comfortable and clean condo. AC worked great and was a lifesaver! Amenities on site were ample. We had everything we needed and access to the pool/hot tub was a great perk. We spent every evening there! Hoping to visit again soon!

We had such a lovely trip to Maui and loved this condo! It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Great proximity to the beach, the pool was clean, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed!

Great Place with some great views

We had an awesome stay! The views from the balcony were incredible, the ocean and West Maui Mountains and even a view of Haleakala from the front door. The sunsets were amazing every night.The house was spacious, clean and the main living area was perfect for hanging out. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, such a nice bonus! Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They had beach chairs and and umbrella as well as an ice chest which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is nice, we have stayed there before. A few things I would invest in for the future would be larger bath towels ( the ones there seem like they are children, very small). The kitchen cookware needs to be updated, for people like us that like to cook, pots and pans were very limited. The bedding needs a larger comforter, pillows were horrible, woke up with a headache every morning from them. Not being rude, just giving you

Maui Sunset Stay

Older property that’s well maintained and a good location for long beach walks, tennis, pickleball, swimming and sunset views. Condo has everything you need for a comfy stay in paradise. Grocery stores and restaurants all close by.

It was clean, but really needs a little updating (Repair to furniture (loose seam) A fresh coat of paint, TV is small) Everything works just older. Air conditioning is ok but noisy. The bed is against the wall, but comfortable, which was awkward, and the sheets were too loose to stay on the mattress. The bathroom sink/counter is small so hard for 2 people to get ready together.

Great condo in Kihei

Great stay in Kihei

We had an amazing time during our stay in Kihei! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked for the most part, and the location was great. We saw turtles in the ocean every night during sunset, and the pool was a wonderful option for days when we didn’t go to the beach. Parking was easy in the lot, and we always felt safe. When we evaluated rental options, we prioritized beach access and proximity to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, this rental didn’t quite meet our expectations for those two desires. There is a beach right at the edge of the property, but it is rather small and not particularly well suited for sitting on the sand without getting wet. Additionally, with the afternoon trade winds, the water was typically too rough to be good for swimming any time outside of the morning. It was totally glassy in the morning, however, so if you can get in early it might be perfect for swimming. The condo is in a great central location that is close to a bustling shopping center (great coffee shop, sushi, and numerous other restaurants), but there is no sidewalk on the main road to walk to nearby restaurants. We still saw plenty of people walking along the side of the road, but I would be nervous to do so at night in the dark.

Heaven on earth

This place was amazing. The property manager was very helpful. It was so close to the beach my granddaughter and I walked down to the beach each night to watch the sunset. Would highly recommend this place.

Apartment needs a refresh.

Very small bathroom . During our stay bathroom’s light went off and it was impossible to replace lightbulb. Beach chairs should be replaced as straps were cut rendering it difficult to transport. However overall clean . A small investment by the owner would make this appartement very nice.

Great location and amenities

We were visiting Maui for the second time and knew we wished to be in Kihei. This property provided great access to the beach and the layout of the property itself with the central courtyard was wonderful. Access to the water, Pickleball courts, the pool and just a family friendly atmosphere added to our holiday. We were able to walk to local restaurants from here - 25 min - and had a quick drive to grocery. A great play to stay, especially as a family.

Great Maui vacation stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo is bright, happy, and fresh! We could not have been more comfortable and settled in so easily. I especially loved sitting on the lanai with my feet kicked up looking at the beautiful courtyard and the ocean waves. I just wish I could go back and stay permanently!
