Experience fantastic snorkeling steps from Maui Parkshore, and take advantage of the property's sparkling pool, elevator, and free designated parking for one vehicle.

- Beginning April 13th, 2026, with an estimated completion date by Mid July 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- SOUTH WALL: Lanai side spall repair, paint & prep. Stacks 16 to 11 from April 13th to April 27. Stacks 10 to 6 from April 28th to May 12th. Stacks 5 to 1 from May 13th to May 27th.
- NORTH WALL & STAIRWELL: Stacks 1 to 5 and lobby from May 28 to June 11. Stacks 6 to 10 and interior stairwell (Breezeway) from June 11 to June 18. Stacks 11 to 16 from June 19 to July 1st.
- South Stairwell will be prepped and repaired from July 2nd to July 8th.
- Demobilization is scheduled for completion by July 13, 2026.

Aloha,The property managemwnr team seemed welcoming, i.e. emails sent ahead of time. The property manager was GREAT! She was very welcoming and was friendly and helpful. The accommodations met our needs and were very comfortable. The locatiin was convenient, not in the thick of town but just on the outskirts. There was a lot of traffic when screen door was open - noisy. However you couldnt beat the view and beack access.

Not only is the condo across the street from one of the best boogie board beaches on Maui, but it is very well equipped with most everything needed for a comfortable stay (except boogie boards).

Perfect location!

Beautiful property with perfect location. Close to Kam 1,2 and 3. Shops and restaurants just a short walk up the street. Great view from the lanai. George was very accommodating when our flight was changed to a late red-eye. Property manager Lisa Sue was helpful and super friendly! Will stay again

Close to beach and town

It was important for us to have a place close to a swimmable beach, and this one was perfect. You cross the road and you are at Kamaole III beach park where you can swim or snorkel as there are some rocks, or you can walk 2 more minutes to Kamaole II to a water without much rock. Also you can walk to some of the stores and restaurants, and drive 1-3 miles to others. We loved the big window in the condo where you can see the water, we loved the balcony where we had our meals. The condo layout is great, we felt comfortable there. At wasn't too hot in the condo in the beginning of March so we didn't even use fans much. The building is clean, the grounds are pretty. We definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Great Place

We all had a wonderful Christmas in Hawaii and our place was great! Maybe just update the frying pans. The Manager on site Lisa Sue was so nice and friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Will for sure be back!

Excellent location

The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's possible to see the sunset from the room, the parking lot or the short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were close enough to walk to. Check-in was virtual and super-easy.

It was told that the back door opened all up and it was broken I should of been told and partial payment should of been refunded it was so hot that I got sick of heat stroke family cud not enjoy stay with me also check I was suppose to be at 4 cud not get in til after 430 fans that are in unit are old and need to be cleaned or updated

MAUI Parkshore 306

We enjoyed having an ocean view, property is well maintained, easy to work with Lisa as a property manager. The location is convenient to beach, restaurants & shopping. Ice maker was good. The many fans help with comfort, but some are getting old. Disappointed that patio doors & screens didn't work properly. There needs to be more dishes & silverware. A new doorstop is needed. Dishwasher was tempermental. Overall would rent again.

perfect for beach lovers

Very short walk to some of Maui's best beaches. Awesome condo but needs the dishes and utensils upgraded other than that it was perfect. The new condo Manager Lisa-Sue was awesome and helpful. We loved our stay at the Park shore it was close to restaurants and other stores. we would definitely would stay here again.

Nice walk across the street to the beach. Had family also staying in area, safe walking all along this street to their condos, never felt uncomfortable. Busy area during the day, but quiet at night even with windows open!

Nicely located apartment in Kihei, furniture/equipment could be better

Good host, good communication Location is perfect, parking in reserved spot, checkin, pool access everything with codes, all information prior to arrival, thanks. Pool, BBQ and property very nice and clean. Apartment equipment and furniture I getting a bit old, some things are broken or not work as expected anymore (some power outlets, external fans, door to balcony is not very smooth to open, ...) Kitchen equipment was good, not so much plates and so on, but enough. Cleaning prior to arrivals could have been a bit better. All in all, a good stay, thanks

Amazing Place

The location is fantastic, directly at Kama‘ole III. The pool and barbecue area is very chilly and relaxing. The best thing about the condo was having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony with that awesome view on the ocean. Looking forward to coming back one day……

Great location. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything needed to do some cooking. Beware there is no AC and so condo can get warm at times, but unit had lots of fans. I would stay here again.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Maui Parkshore. It was clean and comfortable and made for a fantastic home away from home. We appreciated the extra towels for the beach/pool and small cooler for day trips. The laundry (with detergent!) was also very appreciated and easy to use. The beds were comfy and rooms were quiet (well, except for the birds when we left the windows open lol). The lanai is quite large and was a great spot to relax and people watch. The best part was that we just had to cross the street and we were at Kam 3! We could even see the ocean close enough to know if it was calm or a little rougher before we went, and listening to the lifeguards from the lanai was quite entertaining. It’s an easy walk from the condo to Fred’s for breakfast, too! We met lots of wonderful vacationers at the pool and had a wonderful time. We have stayed in Kihei a few times before, and we look forward to staying at Maui Parkshore again in the future. Thanks George!
