A fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath, covered lanai, fully stocked kitchen, with washer and dryer for all your relaxation needs.

Pool with hot tub and bbq/ pavilion area and parking onsite.

This delightful one-bedroom condo is in the Kihei Bay Vista Resort. Walk across the street to the Kalepolepo beach park or enjoy views of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains from the comfort of the living room or lanai. This top floor condo is on the second floor, accessible with stairs, providing an ocean view, with more privacy than a bottom floor unit, and extra natural light other units don't have.

COVERED LANAI: BIG ocean views and whale watching from your lanai, overlooking tropical grounds.

LIVING ROOM: Enjoy casual beach-style furnishings with comfortable seating and dining area, a smart TV with lots of cable channels, new pull-out sofa bed, ceiling fan, well lit with recess lights, and a convenient alcove desk with 4 plug in wall USB ports.

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. Nice ocean view patio where we saw humpback whales in the bay. Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach with sea turtles. Complex had a nice pool, hot tub and bbqs. Excellent location in Kehei. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at Kihei Bay Vista for the last 6 yrs and the location is perfect for us. Vlads condo is one of the nicest in the development! The corner unit gives the best view of the water and his decorating makes for a very pleasant atmosphere! The two air conditioning units make for a very comfortable setting. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay!

This oceanfront condo was an absolute dream. The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt very safe — especially as a solo traveler. Waking up to the view of the ocean and ending each day with the sunset right outside was incredibly grounding. One of my favorite parts of the stay was doing yoga on the private lanai overlooking the beach — it felt peaceful, restorative, and truly special. The location was perfect: quiet and serene, yet close to everything I needed. This condo played a huge role in making my Maui trip unforgettable, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was very comfortable for 2 people. Beach walks start directly across the street. Access to shopping and restaurants was a short drive away. Kitchen was great and had everything needed. I'd come back here.

Perfect Stay

The condo is in great condition. Grateful for the air conditioning. We loved having a washer and dryer. The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of adventures. The lanai was spacious and fun to eat breakfast on. It is a corner unit so you get a view of the ocean. It is on the street side but a great view. Great communication with the owner. We will be back! Thanks for great stay!

I love the convenience of having a FULL kitchen with spices & free coffee washer & dryerin the room, & brand NEW AC; that saved us money. The view of sun rise in the morning on the the balcony with breakfast & sipping hot coffee & tea, walking across to the beach & dipping in the ocean; it's everything we looked for in the vacation that's home away from home. Also, it has all the beach & picnic gears including beach towels & sunscreens. Vlad was very clear with the check-in instructions or any concerns that would make our time more comfortable. The noise from the traffic was loud, but that comes with the territory because it's on the Kehei road front; it's not a big deal, just keep the windows & doors close.

Great place to stay on Maui

Comfortable place. Good central location for all the activities Maui has to offer. You can see the bay from the balcony. We ate breakfast and dinner there. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. There is some road noise but honestly it didn’t bother us and the road is quiet when it’s time for bed so not an issue to us. Nightly soaks in the hot tub let us meet a lot of friendly people ( both guests and locals) We would stay there again. Host was very responsive to questions

Cozy apartment in a fantastic area

This apartment is in a fantastic location, with easy and ready access to many of the most popular beaches and restaurants in the Kihei area. The unit itself is cozy, but a little bit older and a couple things are a bit run down (e.g. the air conditioners function but are a bit scary to operate). That said, I wouldn't let those things deter you in the least from renting this unit with its many conveniences (including a washer/dryer, available cooler, chairs and other beach amenities, and the West-facing beach right across the street!). Vlad is a very responsive and accommodating host as well. Overall, exceptionally pleased we stayed here, and definitely would again!

Centrally located and very convenient

The location of the property was very good for touring all the different areas of the island. Very central. The property was well equipped and very clean. The host was excellent with communicating and I am happy to recommend this listing.l

Great location.

Even though the unit sat close to a busy road, the sound proofing was very noticeable. You did not hear the traffic noise when the windows and doors were closed for the night. The apt complex was also clean and well maintained. The view to the bay was beautiful.

Beautiful pics that set expectations high however my feelings are mixed

This property is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the location is nice with great views, but it's right next to the highway so you'll hear a lot of traffic noise. The furniture is outdated and collects dust, and both AC units are old and noisy. The one on the lanai is rusty and sounds like a hurricane. The bedroom portable AC is connected to a tube in the window. There's a DVD player with DVDs in 2023 plus Netflix. Such a contradiction. A fully stocked kitchen had some paint boxes accessible to a toddler and an anti-rust solution !!! (Bon appetite). There's a high chair and pack&play in the closet, which is great for families. You could find plenty of beach gear as well. The living room carpet is old and worn out. We also had trouble finding a free parking spot since the designated one was taken. Overall, it seems like the owner is trying to make the money and not invest in renovations or improvements.
