Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Main bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. PLUS, extra-large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer.

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Exactly What We Expected

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and unit. It is a clean, well maintained and perfectly located property for all of our needs. The booking process and all the other administrative aspects went very smoothly again. We will stay here next time we come to Kihei.

Amazing ocean front views!

The condo is as described, kitchen well furnished, beach equipment, very comfortable and the view of the ocean and sunsets were perfect and we saw some whales while sitting on the lanai. We hope this unit will be available for our next visit.

Maui Sunset Beauty

The view from this condo is spectacular. The grounds are amazing & tons of activities on property. Large condo with plenty of linens and beach chairs. Wonderful hosts, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent condo and property

This was a perfect condo for our stay. The condo was clean, was quite good sized including a nice large patio, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. We will definitely book this unit again.

Pleasant Experience

While we had a few hiccups (constantly changing flight times were only the beginning), communication was swift and decisive from the property manager. The place was impeccable, and the kitchen was well stocked with the minor lack of a coffee grinder. Otherwise we had everything we needed and more. We requested a late check out at the last minute and were happy to pay a fee in order to stay into the evening (Thanks, Renee!). Far superior to sitting at the airport for five hours! The negatives were inconveniences at best. The layout of the unit resulted in narrow hallways that were difficult to maneuver with 2 people, much less our larger party. Having the laundry unit placed just inside the door made for a lot of squeezing by another person and tripping over shoes. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained and we had a difficult time getting one of our group to leave them at all! It's a lovely place, and we greatly enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful place

Could not have asked for a better week ata better place. Really great access to south part of the island. The low key vibe in Kihei was great. Place has an awesome view and was super comfortable for 4 adults. Can’t wait to come again.

The condo is spacious and well laid out. We had plenty of room and sleeping space for two couples and two young children. Excellent porch with beautiful view and sound of surf. We (and everyone else) overlooked the large pool and tennis courts but it was not at all intrusive. Excellent direct access to the shore. We had a great stay, great vacation Thank you
